OUTSTANDING TEAM! The culture of this hotel is AWESOME!!! All of the staff goes ABOVE and BEYOND to meet your every need. Hats off to Kerri Burkett, general manager, for her leadership. A hotel room is a hotel room but the culture of the hotel is what separates outstanding from mediocre or less than acceptable. The leadership of the hotel drives that culture and the attitude of the employees, which were outstanding at this property. Two employees stood out during our stay. Lea the front desk team member who checked us in and Debbie from the kitchen. They both had a smile on their face and went beyond their roles to make sure we had what we needed and more. As I underdstand it, Lea is fairly new but a guest would never have guessed this by the way she handled the checkin process. Extremely professional and such a beautiful smile and attitude upon checkin which is a welcome relief after a long day of travel. Debbie made my favorite breakfast item after we had a discussion about the return of some of the items servered. It was in general conversation and in a few minutes she brought my favorite item and served me! To me, that is OUTSTANDING AND ABOVE AND BEYOND! She was AMAZING! A team member who showed she loves what she does and cares about the customer. In many hotels, this is a rare thing. Both ladies were a "breath of fresh air!" We definitely would choose this hotel when our travel takes us to the area again. In fact, we will go out of our way to stay there even if it a little out of our way. Thanks to the Mansfield/Ontario Hampton Inn team for all you do!

Don't stay here Room was not clean and management was not helpful. very overpriced and outdated I've stayed at many Hampton properties and this is first time I was so disappointed Also very loud and back door left open at night so we were worried about security

Best customer service Both people stated previously made my stay so welcoming. These woman deserve an award. Anything I needed they both made sure it was done. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. The rooms are always so clean and the entering always so welcoming.

Perfect stay We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton location. I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong dates and they fixed it for me quickly, over the phone so that checking in was seamless. We were greeted with a warm smile each time we got in for the night, breakfast was amazing and the room was cozy. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Outdated and overpriced. For $130 a night, we expected a clean and updated room, but were disappointed to find a guest room riddled with cracks in the floor and ceiling, basting peeling from the walls to expose some questionable looking stains underneath, lukewarm water and barely enough amenities for one person, let alone two. The beds were hard as bricks, and the breakfast was lackluster at best. I’ve stayed in hotels for $90 a night that offered infinitely more than this place, and I’m honestly baffled at the number of glowing reviews it seems to have. The one saving Grace was that the staff was quite friendly and helpful, no complains there. Definitely won’t be back however.
