Total rip-off!! Booked two double rooms for one night over stay. Was quoted a price of $79.00 for each room overnight. While there my bed had a table size stain on my top sheet. I called the front desk and the lady came right up and changed it. Said something about maid using perfume or something on it. It was very noticeable so the housekeeper had to have seen it while making the bed. Back to the price. I was asked to sign two sheets one for each room which had the same charge of $133.00 on both rooms. I didn’t think any thing of it but thought it was the charge for both rooms. But no, when I checked my credit card statement it showed I ha been charged $133. For one night for each room. This is a 2 star hotel at best with no frills. Not worth $133. A night. I called them them after reading my statement and was told that there was nothing they could do because the payment had been completed. I told them that was a bad business practice and the phone was disconnected. I thought nothing of the disconnection so I called back to continue my conversation and was hung up on. When I called again it went straight to voicemail. I will never stay at this place again. This is the third year that I have stayed here. The first visit was under different owners and was very good but this year and last was not good at all. I will stay in Waco from now own.

Quiet and convenient This property was about 22 miles away from Waco. I had an accessible room, which included a king bed and a hot tub. The manager was friendly and very helpful. I liked that the property was quiet, and conveniently located near Waco, which was my destination. I would stay here again.

Good Value Great value. Comfortable and quiet. Stayed for 4 days would stay again. Not the Ritz but they are working on it. Called ahead for a late check in and staff was accommodating. For the price it was a nice clean place to stay.

Undergoing Reno under New Management This property is undergoing a renovation and is under new management. They tell me they are no longer associated with Best Western although web links still take you there. There is no person attending the front desk on a regular basis. Very few amenities are available. The breakfast area is under construction. They only have coffee in the lobby. Bathrooms are only supplied with small bars of soap and this towels. They do have microwaves, minifridges and safes in the rooms. I did not investigate the pool or the exercise room. This hotel seems to cater to travelling workers who need a place to stay for a night or two.

Doesn't honor free cancelation I canceled a reservation at this hotel 4 days before the reservation and the owner denied I had canceled even though I sent him documented evidence. The website clearly says free cancelation. I booked through Booking.com so the owner made Booking.com refund my money which they did but the owner should not have charged me since I canceled in time.
