Good value stay Value. Not the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are average but the best western service is always good. Staff is friendly. Best western is consistent in operations so you know you will likely get the same service and great breakfast everyday.

Not What I Expected Not what I expected. Pricing not as advertised, mo housekeeping, no hot breakfast one day, leak not addressed or compensated for, pool closed after advertising there was one, I had to retrieve my own towels at front desk when no house keeping, no coffee replenished in room.

Don't Stay Here The Best Western Plus McKinney does not inform guest of the parking chart they have on sight and does not have their parking lot clearly marked therefore, if you park with your parking permit in the wrong slot your vehicle will be towed. This happened this past weekend and the clerk at the front while we were trying to figure out if the vehicle was stolen was extremely rude. The manager was contacted and other than to say it isn't his problem gave no assistance. I suggest staying at a different hotel.

the best BW... This is one of the best BW around Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, because is new/renew, everything looks good, a mean top of the line, this hotel most be a reference for another location about how you do it... keep it up.
