THEY CHARGE $100 PER NIGHT FOR INCIDENTALS. LET THE TRAVELER BEWARE!!! THEY CHARGE $100 PER NIGHT FOR INCIDENTALS. This was the first time I have ever heard of this. Its usually one charge for incidentals for the entire stay, not per night. I was caught off guard and had no choice. I very rarely stay at IHG properties anymore because its always a hit or a miss. In addition, I requested a first floor and it was confirmed when I arrived early. The room wasnt ready and I understood. I left and came back around 6pm. The clerk tried to give me a 2nd floor room because she said the only room on the first floor was king suite and she would need to speak with her GM. However when I told her I was there earlier and the first floor was confirmed she relented and gave me the suite. On another note the breakfast was great and hospitable. The room was very nice.

Punishment for chronic illness I stopped in to get a room because I had a severe migraine. I informed the young lady who checked me in of this fact and she never once told me what the VERY HARD NOSE DAMAGE POLICY IS. Migraines are brutal and I had a bad one. I ended up getting sick and not making it to the bathroom and ended up throwing up on one side of the bed. I was charged $100 for "damaging" the room. So if you stay at the location please know that if you ladies happen to get your monthly in the middle of the night and there is blood on the bed you will be charged, if you have a nose bleed and there is blood in the room, you will be charged, if a young lady has her 1st time, they are going to get charged because it us considered "biohazard". I was floored to be charged for an act of nature. I will never go into a Holiday Inn anywhere again. I will sleep in my car before I do.

A good stay but not without issues All in all, things weee good. However, there were enough issues to catch my attention. The check-in took WAY too long. Please don’t leave people at the front desk who are uncertain on how to do things. PLEASE don’t turn all climate control off in the rooms. It had to be 90F in there. Similar note - clearly mark which thermostat works. When breakfast closes at 10, I shouldn’t find closed doors at 9:50. I travel a lot - every minute is important. Luckily, I could get a muffin & banana. Positives - clean & comfortable room. Just what I needed.

✨worst hotel experience I’ve ever had ✨ I would not stay here again even if it was free. My first room had mold on the caulking of the bathroom, bathroom light fixture had rust, toilet was broken (awful sounds came from toilet for about 6 minutes after every flush), more than 6 gray “stink bugs” were found prior to unpacking, thin sheets & blankets, old flat pillows, also need of cosmetic updating, lots of noise from hallways & parking lot. Needless to say, I switched rooms for the 2nd night. Room # 2 had the same visible rust on bathroom light fixture & hinges, tub was okay but bathroom sink has mold. Cleanliness on arrival was about 4/10. Room # 2 curtains tract was broken, same thin sheets and old flat pillows, and mini-refrigerator was also broken (inoperable freezer & made chirping/dripping sounds all night.) I asked for it to be replaced because i couldn’t sleep with the sound and nothing was done. I wasn’t going to leave such a bad review because it’s not my thing but the final nail in the coffin was when I needed a late check-out for a couple of hours due to a sick child and the front desk person literally yelled at me over the phone and demanded that I leave the room in one hour. .00/10 - will never stay at a holiday inn branded hotel again. **Do not stay here. This hotel needs to be permanently closed.***
