Disappointed Ants in the bathroom sink, water extremely too hot all time out of shower. The day of check out, lady at front desk not friendly at all.

__ Brian was a great help to me from the time he checked me in and recovering a bag I forgot next to my car and making sure I got it. This was not a planned trip but because of a death of a family member. He always talked to me leaving and returning to let me know everyone were thinking about me and my family at this very difficult moment. Thank You for the amazing employees you have working for your company.

Birthday trip for me We were so disappointed with this stay. The Hotel is 47 years old and you can tell. The ceiling peeling, balcony locked, pieces missing on tub. AC wouldn't go down below 75. There were dead bugs. The bed was comfortable. Had a great view of ocean. Had to hold toilet handle down so it would flush.

Absolutely Fanulous! Everything about our stay at this hotel has been wonderful from the booking agent to the front desk staff. Our room was near as a pin with the most breathtaking views! Def book the trip!!
