Couldn't Be Better This was a last minute type of trip to get together with family. We had never stayed at a Hyatt before. This stay was better than we expected. Everything was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was close to our family's home and church. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Safety & Wonderful breakfast selections After reading the reviews on other hotels within the downtown Memphis area. And seeing that some of the reviewers concerns were their car safety in the parking lot. I decided to book at the Hyatt place Memphis/Wolfchase Galleria. It is about 20 mins off downtown Memphis (Germantown area), but I felt very safe in the area. We're near stores and different restaurants. There's a security guard every where within the area of the hotel. From Target to Walmart and surrounding stores. The hotel had several security guards in the parking lot patrolling during the night. I love the fact that I can check out at noon. The breakfast variety is great. They have eggs, bacon, pancake, break, muffins, and different types of beverages. There's something for every picky kids like mine. The staff is wonderful. We only spent one night here, as we were just passing thru before heading back home. I would go back to this hotel again, if I'm back in the Memphis area. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great rest for a quick stay After traveling for 8 hours, this was the perfect place. It was clean, quiet, and in the city. The pool was nice, the staff was amazing. The room was clean and so spacious. The breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast we have had. We brought our fur babies and they were welcomed.

Quiet & safe Location is great and tucked away in a shopping area with lots of trees and didn’t hear bad street noise. Front desk was helpful checking in with a very late arrival after midnight. I felt safe here with toddlers and breakfast was great options I really liked the quiche made with simple pure ingredients.
