Great Hotel Reasonable Rates I was on the first floor, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The one thing I loved was there was a security guard present, monitoring the parking lot and rooms. The hotel is also gated so I felt very safe. I also took a evening swim in the pool, I loved it. I will definitely return and I recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Gross and dirty This hotel was dirty and run-down. The shower felt like a cave and it had a broken light. The bathroom sink was cracked. There were bugs on the floor, and everything smelled like smoke. I had prepaid for a three-night stay, not knowing how gross the hotel would be. After checking in, I checked out the following morning at 9 AM to go to a different hotel. Despite this, they refused to refund me for the two nights I didn't stay.

Terrible hotel My hotel stay at Quality Inn Memphis Northeast was the worst experience I have ever had. Nothing like the pictures or past reviews. Room dirty, breakfast little to none and to top it off my car was hit in the lot, reported to staff and not one cared

Room Condition and breakfast. Overall, the staff was okay. The room was nice and large, however, there were several things in the room that was not what I would have expected. First, the shower door would not close. When you took a shower the water could get all over the floor and be a slipping hazard. Second, the only lights in the room were on the opposite side of the headboard of the bed, So when all lights were turned off, you could not see your way to the bed. Third, there was only an uncomfortable office chair to sit in. There was no lounge chair. Fourth, the sensor for the T.V. remote had such a narrow band of use, you had to be in front of the T,V, to use it. Fifth, the continental breakfast was small. All that was available was a Belgian waffle maker, two cereals, Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops, yogurt, and milk. There was coffee available and a machine with apple juice and orange juice. For the reason of my stay, the room was adequate only.

Nope Dirty! The floors in the lobby elevator and room are sticky. Rugs seem very dirty and rug in our room has a sticky spot. Shower seems moldy. I don’t need luxury or pampering just CLEAN. The clerk did a poor job at check in. He did not explain how the parking lot worked and initially gave us only one key. He seemed confused about his job.
