Fantastic hotel I can't wait to return Spectacular location beautiful and very close to Birmingham airport! Beautiful older style building with newer feel to the bedrooms just a fantastic hotel. One of my diamond earrings came out and washed down the bath plug! I was so impressed and shocked that the maintenance team spend the day locating and retrieving my earring for me! I really can't imagine any other hotel would have taken this care. The staff were all fantastic particularly Abhay who was so kind and thoughtful.

Excellent visit to the Zest Restaurant. We visited the Zest Restaurant on Saturday 10th January 2026 for lunch for a large family get-together. It was not possible to book a table at this restaurant but the staff were excellent in arranging tables and chairs to accommodate us. The food was good with enough choice for children and some vegetarians in our party. The service was excellent - the staff were so helpful in dealing with us all, including young children. Moreover, they were very friendly. We would definitely return again.

A Warm and Wonderful Christmas Stay We went away for our Christmas break and had a wonderful time. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionists, Abhay and Mansi, who were incredibly friendly and lovely. They made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

Excellent VFM and fantastic staff The location is idyllic and created a calm restful environment. Our room was classy and comfortable with a view across the golf course. We went on a wowcher deal and it really was excellent value. The 3 course meal and cooked breakfast were delicious. We used the pool and sauna etc, which again was a treat. However, the best part of our break was the staff. All the staff we came across were fantastic, but the one who stands out the most is Abhay on reception. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills and a twinkle in his eye. He made sure all the guests were aware of the icy roads. I do hope that he is made aware of how his attention made our break.

Dreadful Lovely location however the Buffett style dinner was dreadful !..; a cavern was served on New Year’s Eve the roast potatoes were soggy and not nice the starter was salad or soup not impressed rooms dated nothing luxury about this place defo not 4* more like 2 wouldn’t go back !
