Best Hotel Ever This was the best trip! The service was top notch. Olga, Jessica, and Justin made our stay really feel like home. They welcomed us each day with a smile, and treated us like family. We felt truly blessed to stay here and be so well taken care of everyday of our stay. Great breakfasts everyday! Very clean facilities, and daily room services. We’ll be recommending this hotel to family and friends. It will be our hotel of choice for future stays. Thank you all. Blessings, Gary & Gracie

Nice place to take you fur baby Stayed for about 3 days with pet and that was a first for me. It was great that they take a pet and were very sweet at check-in. Understanding my situation and I felt the staff was exceptional. Nice room too boot. Will stay here again when traveling.

Night clerk not friendly or helpful, other staff were great. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with a large group to attend a funeral, Jess the morning desk clerk was friendly and very helpful (she was our go to). We used the lobby space in the eventing to hang out share pictures and visit which was wonderful. Then one night a clerk named Justin was on shift, he did not like us sitting in the lobby, he constantly complained that we were talking too loud and seemed to be on a “power trip”. We moved to the pool area just to get some privacy and space to talk without the fear of getting shushed again. The group avoided Justin for the rest of the trip, he did not make us feel welcome he would even questioned why we needed a blanket or towel when asked for one. Breakfast was good, hot eggs and waffles. Rooms could use some updates but over all decent hotel and location for the price.

Cheaper than the Nampa Hampton Inn There are two Hampton Inns in this area nearby each other. One is this one, and a few exits west is one in Nampa. I have stayed in the one in Nampa on more than one occasion, but this year, I opted for the one in Meridian because it's cheaper than the one in Nampa. Evidently, they built an arena near the one in Nampa and are taking advantage of that by increasing the price. The difference in pricing is $80-$100, so of course I chose Meridian, since I did not have to be in Nampa. I requested a room far away from the elevator in order to get less noise. Usually works. The room was unusually small for a room with one queen bed in it, but that was okay, I'm just sleeping there. There was only one caveat for this room. It is next to an HVAV (air conditioning) mechanical room, so there was a low, mechanical vibration/hum on and off all night, but I got used to it. (Pretend you're on a starship by the engines.) As for everything else, it met my expectations for a Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good, it was otherwise quiet, housekeeping was immaculate, and service was friendly. Also, the lobby is connected to the second floor by a spacious stairway, in addition to the elevator. I would recommend this place.

nope! not again. despite already having been checked in, we weren't allowed into our room. do not recommend. now they seem to be arguing with us despite having already paid through priceline. we won't be back. process seems nonsensical.
