Happy room My family and I like the hotel. The room were clean including the sheets. Also the facility cleanliness. Everything looks great. The staff was friendly including the people. We recommend the hotel it is excellent. _

0/10 Bugs everywhere !! Horrible front office help !! We were only at the room 4 hrs prior to this incident. Don’t book here highly don’t recommend it! Especially if you have kids ! Bugsssss everywhere the front office looks destroyed it’s dangerous construction everywhere. Kids can get hurt very easily

Disgusting Nasty and disgusting. Hotel smells awful. Stain on bed sheet and roach on the floor. We checked in, went to our room where door was broken and people were yelling/arguing one room over. Took one look at the room and left. Didn’t stay. Bathroom had feces on the wall

Very Friendly Great Customer Service from Pinky at the front desk to Annette in the Breakfast Room. Room was clean, bed was comfy with both a soft & firm pillow to choose from. Nice covered pool area with a hot tub. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast.

Holiday Inn Express in Meridian was ok. I guess it matters what part of the US you stay. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Houston on Hoffmeister, which was immaculate. We stayed at the one in Meridian and the dispensers were broken, and the body container was full of water. The bedspread had spots on it and the toilet seat was crooked and wiggly.
