Satisfied Worked with us with issues that arose. Did have reservations issue after we checked in. But they took care of it

Many issues, mostly under construction I’ve stayed here a couple times before, and I have to say it has gone downhill from then. They are under construction, so maybe in the future it will change.

Extorting people!!! The resort charged me $200 for allegedly smoking in the room. This is not a place you want to stay. They accused me without saying or presenting any evidence of such. I requested they refund my money but they refused. They basically extorted money for an allegation without due process or evidence. The neighboring room was smoking but not me. My bank had to dispute the charges. I'm never bringing my friends or family to this place!!!!

Terrible experience. Do not stay there! Cleanliness is terrible. The bathroom is old and stained. All the dishes were dirty, as were also pots and pans. When I opened the dishwasher to wash the dirty dishes there was stagnant yellow water on the bottom with fungus, and a rotten like smell, so nasty. Bathroom ceiling had pieces of plaster falling off, the floor was so dirty and dusty that my socks were totally dirty after walking just a little bit on it. Sheets are stained, old and the color white is not white anymore. The sofa bed had worn out cushions and the pad had stains all over it. It’s a very old property, the staff is completely helpless and rude. One of the guys laughed at my face when I told him about the condition of the room. And it’s impossible to feel safe leaving your stuff there while you are gone. One of the days we got back, as we entered the room we saw there had been people inside, who left a broom and a dirty pan, also they went through our stuff and threw the towels on the floor. I headed right away to the front desk and they laughed at my face and said the manager was going to be there the next day. I felt frustrated, unsafe, abused and totally scammed. The place is a rip off. I emailed customer service and they never replied to me. There is no respect to the customer in this place. It’s horrible.
