Lacking. Average. Lacking. Average at best. Pros: -Near an active block/ area, of if that what you’re looking for, it works. -It’s a suite - a living room and bedroom. - mini fridge and microwave Cons: - Wifi is a joke. Goes in and out constantly. It sucks for phones, and near impossible for actually doing work or work calls on a laptop. I could never even do an app update on my phone because the wifi would disconnect. -Two towels one hand cloth in the entire suite. No napkins for living room. No wash cloths. Nada - No Kleenex; but there’s one box in the lobby so you know it’s just a cheaping out situation - One of the two elevators is always out. It’s almost like they’re alternating them, because they both can’t conveniently work and not work at alternating times. - AC in the room is so-so but the place never gets cold enough and you can’t even direct it to the bedroom only or the living room only. -There’s a coffeemaker but no mugs, no sugar, and no utensils or bottle openers anywhere. It’s just a suite full of empty drawers and closets. I won’t be back.

Spacious, comfortable suites I hesitated to book this property because it is in the heart of the Zona Rosa which can be noisy at night. My suite was located on the first floor (i.e. second in USA) and faced the street. I had no problem at all sleeping. The bed was comfortable, the linens above average, the bath products exceptional. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping was top notch. Highly recommended.

Scamming staff Guests need to be aware of the awful staff and accommodations. We arrived to a room that smelled like sewage. After two days of asking to be moved we were finally able to leave our room. Our our last day, we were victims of a scam by the hotel staff. Hours before checking out we were approached by a police who accused my partner of smoking a cigarette outside of the hotel by a police officer. Conveniently, the hotel manager quickly “came to the rescue” by “negotiating with the police $1500 to be paid so we could catch our flight. When leaving the hotel we saw the hotel manager and the same police officer hanging out outside the hotel. The entire situation felt very much like a scan. Be warned, the staff at this hotel are not honest. I will never stay here again.

Excellent hotel Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was fine, with plenty to choose from. Roof top terrace was an excellent place to sit and relax with an brilliant view over the city. Location was good, 5 minutes from the metro and there are plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Id definitely stay here again.
