My favourite hotel in Mexico City I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here a number of times and I always come back because of the reasonable price, comfortable beds and the balconies. Great location to walk around, get in an Uber and explore the city. Lots of options nearby for food. There's a cool rooftop chill spot. Chicken tacos on the room service menu are particularly delicious in the middle of the night and there is an OXO directly across the street which is convenient. Hotel Century Reforma is my home in Mexico City I can't wait to come back.

Too much renovation work, go somewhere else. Too much work going on and too many things breaking. Stayed for a week. Arrived to be given a key that didnt work and only one lift working which then took longer to get into my room. Wifi rubbish, not worth switching on as it rarely worked. Massive gaps in entrance doors, this meant there was basically noise all the time, which meant I didn't sleep very well. The eatery attached to the hotel is not very good. If your desparate for food then its there. Had a day where the only passenger lift was broken, as the other one was out of order too and had to queue to use the tiny service elevator. All that said, staff are nice and the rooms are nice, like i said just too much renovation work going on for it to be worth what I paid.

For your own safety and health, stay away! This is hands down one of the worst if not THE worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. It's super old and run down. The location is "OKish" because it's in a very centric address, however, it's surrounded by bars and nightclubs galore and two of the most transited avenues in town. And rooms are not soundproofed, so be prepared to not sleep at all during the night. WiFi didn't work in the rooms. Only one elevator works and takes forever to go up and down. But what made is run away was that after the first night, we woke up all bitten by bedbugs! We began to inspect linens and you could see the bugs running up and down the sheets, pillows and even walls!!! (I attach pictures). Gross!!! We immediately packed and left to spend the night at other place. When we reported this to the night shift manager, she apologized but the only thing she could offer was to change our rooms. Needless to say, we didn't trust the place or were willing to be there for another minute. I hope the sanitary authorities of Mexico shut this place down soon. It's a health hazard for anyone who stays there!

A place to lay your head There was a mechanical issue on an Aeromexico flight and the airlines had arrange accommodations for the passengers. I was transported to the hotel by taxi. Upon check in the desk clerk gave me hand sanitizer and a set of ear plugs. They also arranged for my taxi ride back to the airport the followwing morning. There is a 24 hour restaurant here. The room was adequate for my needs. It was clean and had wifi. The hotel gave me a wake up call, and an additional call when my taxi arrived so I didn't have to wait in the lobby.

Great Location, even better service We really enjoy staying at the Century, walking distance of major attractions and the best service ever. The staff was always with a smile and ready to help us. We also enjoy the restaurant very much, we loved the buffet and the burritos. We will come back for sure.
