Great place to stay in Mexico Reforma area. I liked the additional security in the lobby. The room was FANTASTIC. Great location close to our convention venue. They should be able to change Peso to USA dollars at checkout. All the staff was very kind. The beds are a somewhat hard and the pillows are stuffed with foam. Place needs softer bed and feather pillows.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and 30 mins walk to Zocalo The staff is great! We have stayed here a couple of times and always enjoy the accommodations. The location is near the historic downtown. It is a 1.5 walk but it's a straight shot to those attractions. We haven't dined in the restaurant since we wake up very early and get back super late. The hotel is safe, and they have 24-hour armed security. The surrounding area streets near hotel do have street walkers but that is late at night. The hotel room decor is outdated however the room is just right and charming.

Great location and friendly staff It's the third time at that hotel, we will keep staying there as the price is quite fair, the location is just great, close to the main bus station, downtown and the main touristic sites. What we like the most of this hotel is the staff, want to mention Javier and Juan Carlos as they are between reception, bellboys and butlers, they are always helpful. Stephany from the front desk was very kind and enthusiastic. Guess they are short staffed withing the housekeeping department as the maintenance people were doing their job... Something simple from taking coffee to a room or even been a bellboy. Just hope they give them an extra for doing other things. Raymundo and Florentino from maintenance were helping us and we appreciate them taking some time to do so. I would rate this quite good, but we had a deception we never had before in this hotel... Our first room was never cleaned or anything when we came back to rest, they changed us to a different one, which we do thank, but housekeeping does need to be on point, details, basics and their checklist has always to be a priority. Also on the night of the 17th something was going on that other guests just made too much noise, till 3-4am, as we woke up many time and couldn't rest... If you read the document which you sign, part of the rules and policies are to please respect other night time, they need to work on this hard. The security guy, which works a lot compared to the normal 8-12hrs is just nuts, he was kind to help us move around and hopefully the security company which they work for see the long hours and good job they provide to this hotel. From the rest there is nothing to complaint about, the overall experience was good, could have been great. Thank you guys once again. Hope to visit you soon!

Hotel in Redlight District Unfortunately in a Redliight District !!! if leaving the hotel there is no way to avoid the "Ladies" on the streets around the Hotel Bustours-Hotel, very loud as guests from Travelgroups stay in the same same floor and partying in and front of their rooms and elevator

Bad old hotel This is a very noisy old hotel, in a bad part of town. Rooms are small, and very uncomfortable. You can here noise all night long, thru ceiling, floors, and walls. Please note, that the name is misleading, it is not on reforma avenue, your a few blocks away, and on a bad side of town. Rooms are small and uncomfortable. Expected this stay to be whole lot better since its branded by wyndham.
