Comfortable Boutique Hotel Love this hotel, not sure what the negative reviews are about. I've stayed at Soho House, the Edition hotel, but I always come back to Blanc Kara. This is a hotel for saavy travelers and not tourists expecting a pool and room service. I have been staying here for years and I love it, recommend to all of my friends that like being close to south beach but don't feel like paying an arm and a leg for a hotel room. Love the no kids policy as well. Staff is friendly, hotel is clean, full kitchen where we can make breakfast or have something for lunch. A block away from the beach and Starbucks and a short walk to Ocean Drive. If we need a car we pick one up at Sixt on 5th street which is a 4 block walk from the hotel.

Great boutique hotel at good location and good price We highly recommend this hotel for its great location and good price. We chose the hotel because we had been there before some years ago. The rooms are spacious and clean fully equipped with a kitchen. Shops, restaurants and Ocean Drive are just round the corner. It is an adult only hotel, which we liked very much. There has been a lovely breakfast room for some time. We loved breakfast very much because we got all we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were small misunderstandings due to language but nothing serious. People have written about the high price of valet parking. We disagree with their view and chose the service because parking is expensive in Miami anyway and a lot easier to leave the car just outside. The hotel is a lot more quiet than the area around Ocean Drive. Therefore, we think this is one of the best choices for a hotel in Miami. We will return there anytime.

Amazing hotel! I loved everything about this hotel! The superior studio room was amazingly roomy and clean! The breakfast restaurant is adorable! Jackie gives a great service every morning! The hotel is very quiet, close to the beach and walking distance to Ocean Drive's nightlife. I recommend the everglades tour.

Little Jewel in South Beach Nice little hotel, many restaurants and bars just a few blocks away, room was very clean and huge, nice kitchen area and bathroom was light and bright. Very quiet, comfortable bed, it is more like a European hotel so the bed is firm and low to the ground. Pillows are also firm. Checking in was easy and smooth. Breakfast was limited but really good, I had ham and cheese croissant, really good coffee and fresh juice. They also had cereal’s, pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt.. and the service in the tea room was outstanding. I walk a few blocks to the beach, the sunset was amazing. I will be back.

Worst experience ever I booked a trip to Miami to celebrate my 39 bday, this is a vacation property management then “hotel”. My room 208 (don’t book) WAS NOT SUITABLE TO SLEEP IN ,I noticed a huge WI-FI ROUTER NEAR THE BED! In 2023 we aware of staying away from strong radiation CAUSING CANCER TUMOURS . The front desk approved and promised to hôtels.com agent and to me that my room will be changed in the morning . I packed my bags and had to stay on the sofa away from the router, barely had sleep and in the morning the girl from the front desk refused to speak with me about it AS SHE IS NOW WORKING AT THE BREAKFAST LOUNGE. And left me to start again explaining to a new guy at his 2nd day at the front desk who didn’t no what to do. BOTTOM LINE THE MANAGER/OWNER DID NOT OFFER ANY SOLUTIONS , refused even to refund and agents called few times- 3 days in a raw! asking him to approve at least some refund and again said NO and no one took responsibility about the fact that I HAD TO SLEEP ON THE SOFA, that is the most awful vacation I ever had and been humiliated. Regardless of the above there were more issues- the room ac was noisy like bus engine (I turned it off) , the windows facing the building next to the property and very close so no light inside all you see is a wall. But the most and only thing that was horrible is the POOR HUMAN DIGNITY of the owners not to take responsibility especially after I was told my room will be changed and even when shared my friend had cancer.
