Nice Spacious Suite in Shopping Area Comfort suites are generally clean, comfortable and include breakfast. This one is located near a series of shopping plazas. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. The accessible restroom was well-equipped. Breakfast was good. There is adequate parking though. It does fill up on a weekend stay. The parking lot sloped a little and I found it tricky to maneuver. The walls were a bit thin, and that is my only real complaint. The staff was pleasant and did their best to check in and answer questions quickly. There are a number of good local restaurants within a few miles. The price was higher than I thought fair.

Awful Front Desk Attendant We tried to check in and after an accident when booking the room online (we put one adult for a room with two beds, when it was one adult and two kids). The person at the front desk was unwilling to help, refused to let us in the room, and was refusing to let us cancel/get our money back. They were extremely difficult to work with and when we called corporate they were confused that the attendant wasn't helping us. Corporate had to call the front desk attendant to tell him to help us and he even argued with them. The attendant wouldn't even give his name to corporate! Awful service, would never recommend this hotel. Stay away!!

No more comfort suite, at least this one! Everything was good UNTIL my daughter checked out. When she requested her 100 dollar reservation fee back, he told her she couldn’t get it as the seat cushion was “stained”. On pleather! We never even used the couch! She dug her heels in and demanded her money and asked him to take her to the room to see. He finally relented and she got the deposit back. As she was leaving, the desk clerk had the nerve to ask her if she had a place to stay! Mind you, checkout time was 11, not at 9am when we left. I consider that very rude and unprofessional. I’m not liking this deposit busines, anyway. It’s unnecessary as maybe 1 percent of 1 percent of customers do any kind of damage. They just want to use our money which anyone can see adds up to one nice chunk of change, and they have credit cards on file anyway. That clerk took any bit of satisfaction out of our trip.

More like half a star motel Yuck, three-star hotel where? Cheap motel quality with premium pricing. Add a little harassment and racism and it's not worth one red cent. If you do decide to be so silly to stay here, don't dare use the do not disturb sign or prepare to be stalked. You've been warned!!!

don't give your crdit card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible. don't give them your credit card. I was charged $150 "smoking" fee. I don't smoke so I know what smoke smells like. Definitely got the run around with useless customer service. Swimming pool was ice cold. Totally lied to repeatedly. Don't stay there. It's not worth the aggravation.
