Clean but inconvenient stay Clean, indoor pool was nice. but our stay wasn’t the best. Upon arrival we had to call the hotel to let us in as the door stopped working. The beds are uncomfortable (we stayed in the suite across from the pool) both TVs don’t work well. They keep freezing up making it impossible to watch an episode of anything. The refrigerator wasn’t working and had to be replaced. Front desk was out of change to even use laundry services. Overall it’s been a rough go. But definitely clean. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping

Nice hotel good location King suite, very nice accommodations. There is a door between roll out couch and big king room. TV in both rooms, liked how tables, stools were easy to move around to gather together. Staff is cordial, breakfast was good, liked location. By chance the Midland fair was on, we walked over to attend only a block away. Definitely recommend hotel will stay again.

Clean, warm and comfortable! Always a good time at the Hampton Inn! We arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and they had no problem accommodating a early check in. The staff was of course friendly and offered us a few courtesy waters. Or room was spacious and super clean and the beds were over stuff with pillows and comfy as can be. I ran on the treadmill in their well equipped fitness center, bobbed around innthe warm clean pool, then off to bed. In.the morning I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast of eggs, toast and coffee but the spread was enormous including pancakes, waffles, omelets, bagels, juice, fruit, granola, cereal and a bunch ofvother stuff too!. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back when I am performing in Midland next year!. Also, the hotel has pleanty of late night food options, shopping malls near by.

A Sweet Suite If you stay here, you'll want to come back again! We had a separate bedroom suite with plenty of room, comfortable bed and well-furnished. You could easily stay several nights without being crowded or inconvenienced. The bathroom was spacious with a walk-in shower plenty of towels, nice shower head and grab bars, plus places to hang your towels, which is often not available. The fitness center had weights, bike, treadmill and plenty of room to workout. They offered a business center which was a private room with two terminals which were fast and efficient, along with a printer. All you would need for business or personal use. Breakfast was average and it would have been nice to have some healthy options, such as skim milk, non-fat yogurt and fruit variety. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel convenient, and it made for a very nice stay. I give them a grade of A, with my recommendation.

Don't plan to sleep if you stay here Absolutely the worst experience ever at a hotel. Impossible to sleep with incessantly barking dogs, noisy guests slamming doors, unsupervised kids running down the hallway. As a Hilton honors member, we always stayed in this hotel...never again!
