Great place for the area! Firstly, the negative reviews I read made me nervous about staying here so much so I packed my own sheets pillows disinfectants etc. _ we were here for a baseball tournament and reserved 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable and the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating and pleasant ! This is a good hotel for the price ($68-$99). I would suggest booking through expedia not the hotel to get the cheapest price. It is a great location with a golf course behind the hotel, a mini mart gas station across the street that has pretty much everything and fast food restaurants (3) a couple blocks away. We went to Scoreboard Sports Bar for dinner which was less than 2 miles away and their food was great! You have to remember that you’re in a small remote part of town so you are not gonna get a 5 star hotel. This worked out perfectly and I would definitely come back!

Good Value, Great Pet Policy Great value and a good pet policy for responsible pet owners. The only drawback is the neighborhood and lack of food & beverage options nearby. If you want fast food, you're all set. However, if you want healthier food, or more variety, or a choice of adult beverages, you have to go west across the river via the interstate - where I've stayed previously, and probably will again based solely on dining options. However - for what you pay, the room was clean, recently renovated, and felt current vs dated. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the HVAC worked well and quietly. Caveats about the "recent renovation" part: my room door was missing the privacy peephole piece - meaning, the hole was there....but no optical device to prevent someone outside just looking in. Problem solved with some tissue wadded into the hole, but should have been addressed prior to a guest staying. Anyone who has renovated a room in their house knows the pervasiveness of dust, and this room was not immune. Cleaned as well as any other room of the hotel, I'm sure, this room still had those renovation dust piles in hard to reach corners. I overlooked, because I've been there myself. Also, the metal base of the bed was...loud. My 70 lb. dog jumped onto the bed and it made a racket which made me wonder what kind of noise the inevitable adult activities that happen in hotels would produce. Room amenities: I know this is a budget option hotel, however, only one coffee pack for a room that could clearly sleep two? And three narrow pillows for a king-sized bed not only looks ridiculous, but what if both travelers needed 2 pillows? Now, that being said, those were my only two gripes. This room was an exceptional value - especially considering the pet policy. Staff: I checked in rather late in the evening, but the person at the front desk was fantastic. Not "fake-friendly" in that annoying service industry standard kind of way, but genuine, concise, thorough and thoughtful. She accommodated a special request without hesitation. I hope the rest of the staff is like her. Thinking of booking here? Do it. But request a renovated room as I am left wondering what the "unrenovated" ones are like. If you're fine with driving for dinner - or are OK with soggy fries and soft drinks - then this value can't be beat on this side of the river.

Location Is The Keyword Good location, rooms were small but adequate. Check in staff was a bit cranky but helpful. Check out staff was very sweet. The hair dryer didn't work and the sink was sluggish. I usually bring my own dryer so it wasn't real inconvenience, but it could have been!Right off Route 80. Gas station with food across the street, but it is vegetarian, so nothing worth real meat was available, also very clean. If you want
