Decent and clean Check in was smooth and fast. The desk clerk was friendly and professional. We had a king suite, handicap accessible room. The good: The room was large, clean and in mostly good repair. The couch was comfortable with 2 ottoman footstools which were nice to put up our feet. The towels were nice, the water nice and hot and good water pressure. Basic tolilitries were suppled. There was a desk where I was able to sit with my laptop. The breakfast supplied was adequate, but nothing special. It did save a stop at a restaurant for breakfast. Room for improvements: The TV was mounted to be viewed from the bed rather than the couch. It would have been nice to sit on the couch to watch TV. The plug ins in the lamps were worn and our phone charge cords would not stay connected. We finally gave up and charged them in our car the next day. We were to have a bathroom with a roll in shower, but ended up with a bathtub. It did have lots of handrails, but my hubby had difficulty using it. The TV remote did not work properly even after getting new batteries from the front desk. We had to power the TV on and off with the button on the side of the screen. The bed was too soft for our comfort. It didn't seem to be worn out, just too soft. The sheets had what appeared to be marker stains on them. We could tell they were clean, but think they should reconsider using them on the beds. The room had 2 dividers topped with granite type stone. One of them was not attached and my hubby almost knocked it off when he bumped into it. All in all, the room was decent, but in my opinion a bit overpriced. It was priced comparably to other hotels in the area. Maybe there was some event that weekend which will run the rates up. If in the area, I would consider staying at this location again.

False claims This is a nasty place to stay. The manger GM will make false claims against you and charge your credit card. Don’t initial when you sign in unless you understand your rights are taken away. I was member of choice hotels since 2017 but will never stay at another one.

Roaches Horrible...horrible...horrible. Roaches everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The swimming pool was out of commission. The weight room was extremely dirty, the hotel has roaches.

GROSSEST HOTEL I spent the last 43 years doing business travel and staying in hotels between 45 - 60 nights a year. This was the grossest hotel room I've ever remembered staying in. We stopped late returning from a college football game without reservations and extremely tired. We first had to change rooms because as we walked into our first room there was a terribly musty odor. The second room seemed better but felt damp everywhere. We were so tired we went to bed. Upon waking in morning everywhere there was grossness; tub, toilet, ceiling in room and floor. I'm not talking about something just dirty but rather gross mildew everywhere and carpeting that seemed moist. All I can suggest is NOT staying at this hotel.

Worst place to stay The front desk guy was nice but couldn't do anything to help us because of the manager. The manager was extremely rude. Cussing and yelling over the phone. He hung up on my husband twice. Called him a liar. We use to stay here quite a bit but we will never stay here again.
