Clean and a Good Value This property is clean and located close to a Walmart and various restaurants, but the street it is on lacks crosswalks or sidewalks to get to those places safely. The hotel also has a lending locker with items like blenders, panini presses, and slow cookers to facilitate your extended stay. What a cool idea! The rooms are spacious, albeit somewhat odd in their layout that maintains a fair amount of unused space. If you have to spend a night in Minot, this is a great place to do so that won't break the bank.

DISAPPOINTED well as soon as I got there thought it looked normal like any other hotel until I was greeted with the unpleasant smell of pot and smoke everywhere smelt like that elavator lobby and hallways and even room. Room was not clean tv was size of something in the 2000’s bed was not comfortable. If your looking for a place to stay in minot look somewhere else

Try somewhere else. For starters you might be lucky and be treated by the fragrance of marijuana permeating the lobby! Then when you get to your room maybe you'll have stains on your sheets as I did, a dysfunctional shower head and a chair that's seen better days. No breakfast. The price of the hotel should be 75$/night. Won't stay here again unless nothing else is available.

Disappointing It was a disappointing stay. The room was old and rundown, it was loud, from people in the hall and traffic. The room smelled of old stale smoke mixed was some other unpleasant smell. The bed was uncomfortable. For a room over $100, very disappointing.

I guess you get what you pay for My husband is a gold member with IHG and we got a good price to stay the weekend here to watch our daughter play softball for Minot. We walked in and the gal that helped us smelled like she just got done smoking pot. When we got up to our room it was ice cold. It took 15 minutes for it to warm up and the weekend we were there it was particularly cold. The only chair in the room was an office chair and it was ripped. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to get a chiropractor adjustment immediately upon getting home. If we hadn’t pre paid for our stay, we would have checked out and gone somewhere else. We will be choosing other IHG properties for future stays in Minot.
