Exceptional ...we will return. ! I was very impressed with the service, friendliness and help. Ithzel was exceptional, with her help for any need. She helped with getting directions and the services to the Catholic Church. She called our room to check if we needed anything. Super friendly ..a lovely person. Thank you...Elizabeth Niederberger

A lot of facilities around Conveniently located close to several restaurants such as mexican, american diner, australian, a supermarket and a shopping centre. Rooms are ok, tv seems to only be offered in Spanish, no hand shower (which is the local standard but still worth mentioning for possible readers).

Horrible Customer Service I am a single mom woth a 10 year old and 8 year old. We got a room gifted to us for a Christmas gift since I moved out of state 11 years ago. I went to check in and she says that she will credit the credit card because I can't check in. They do not allow people to gift a room. I said then why wasn't he told this when he did it 3 months ago. So intern I end up staying at a toxic family members house and said person hits my child then screams at us to get out. I made the reservations this time with my card in my name and she still wouldn't let us check in. After calling corporate we got a room. The hotel smells of Marijuana everywhere. When we asked for 1 bottle of shampoo and conditioner we got used half bottles. The customer service is horrible and I will never stay there again.

$200 deposit for $80 room I am a Diamond choice member. This hotel is a Econolodge at best. Had a $71 hotel room, $77.10 with taxes. They overcharged me $1.20. Not a big deal. Then took a $100 deposit and then another $100 deposit without my approval basically committing credit card fraud on the second one. So $200 deposit for a $77 room, really? Room was small and crowded. Room was not clean. Found two hairs one on the bed and one in the bath which leads me to think the sanitation is below par. Parking lot had homeless walking around causing me to be concerned with the safety of my vehicle. Bed was comfortable and TV worked. The bath tub was missing the stopper. HVAC worked. Maybe the large deposit, the way it was handled as it was the young lady’s first night, concerns of the sanitation of the room but I was not happy with the stay and will not recommend this location.

Beware I stay here frequently probably 4-5 days a month. I have worked for hotels previously as well and I get having to be strict with policy's but the front desk girl with glasses is the absolute worst. She has a seriously personal issue with me and it's very apparent. First time i stayed here: I go into I was told the reservation was not paid for in advance like Choice said. So I try to pay with my debit card and they only take cards with chips. So it's over 100 degrees so I'm a little annoyed by having to run around. But I get back and she proceeds to tell me "you can just leave if you don't like rules" and "I can cancel your reservation" I told her no and it wasn't a problem I was just exhausted and frustrated with being told two different things. Second stay: We booked for a total of 10 days I believe. Stay wasn't a issue until the day before check out. I'm at work same woman calls and says we aren't extending anyone past 5 days anymore and we need to get our stuff by 11am it was 10:15 or so. So I have to rush back and remove our stuff. I still manage to keep my composure. Third stay: I was checking out after 2 days and I wasn't aware I got some make up on one of their towels. I was checking out around 7am I went down and with most places if you leave a cash deposit they check your room. So she goes does that and takes about 15 mins but again I'm trying to be patient. She comes down with the towel in her hand opens it in front of guests and says "what's this" I said my apologies I didn't even realize I had gotten the towel dirty as I always being my own. But she then charges me $25 and I still say no problem (rules are rules" Fourth and Final stay I book 2 days. I check in and was told by the nice front desk woman (Asian and great at her job) that hotel policy had changed and they aren't doing cash anymore. But since I stay here often this time wont be an issue but to remember for next time. No problem I say. Choice had made two separate reservations for each day so I could get my free night since I use them almost every weekend. So Saturday morning at 10:30am I proceed to front desk to pay for the second night. The girl with glasses is there so I am prepared and smiling. She then tells me that she isn't taking cash so I explain to her what the woman told me the night before. She said she is wrong it was only for the stay on Saturday not Sunday and she will give me until noon to leave. I then had hit my limit with her condescending, power trip, snarky attitude. I said let me make a call. I call choice and they are very apologetic and book me elsewhere for a free night. I go down to check out and could barely speak I was so furious. I keep everything to one word answers. I said "checkin out" she smiles and says "so would you like for me to cancel your reservation" I said "yes" I give her my ID she does her usual 15 min room check. She then tells me to have a great day in a tone that would boil anyone's blood. I refuse to let this woman ruin my day. My husband and I rent rooms on the weekends because being at home in quarantine with teenagers is hard. So these are our little getaways. I am very disappointed that this hotel would allow staff to treat people who spend good money here with such disrespect. I would NOT stay here again as long as she is employed here nor would I refer this place to anyone. Again rules are rules but she has singled me out for some unknown reason. If you hate your job that much then quit. I will be contacting upper management.
