HORRIBLE EXPRRIENCE/BUGS From day 1, I had bugs in my room. I reported to the front desk but was treated rudely, like I was lying. This behavior went on until I left. Don't waste your money. Breakfast is gross, barely warm, and questionable sausage. Besides the bugs that showed up often, the rooms were OK if you like trying to sleep next to a drag race....

Just ok Shower was great! Bed wasn't that great, didn't have a good night sleep. Was on the small side, but did have a fridge and microwave. Nice big TV. The one down side was it was super perfumed. Like they were trying to cover smells up.

Modern and clean but low quality construction Walking into the hotel and our room we were very pleased especially for the affordable price point as the decor was modern, room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The only “gripe” was the Walls are paper thin. Floor, ceilings, walls. Could hear everything from every direction. To make it worse we had a sporadic loud banging noise in the AC/heating unit that would wake u from a dead sleep. Could last a minute to 5 minutes. We think it was water dripping on the outside ledge of it from the unit above us but not sure. It was hard to get a good nights sleep because of that and the thin walls. Our purpose was a one night stay outside Pittsburgh prior to a sporting event at an affordable price since the game was quite expensive. So despite the cons noted above it was a clean hotel and room that you could feel safe and comfortable not being in a cheap smelling and looking accommodations. Perhaps staying on an upper floor would remove some of those issues.

Call the exterminator Checked in got settled put items on the desk but once I turned the light on some small roaches took shelter. Killed two but the other went into the electric outlet. Got a picture of that one and ones that were dead on the floor. Told the front desk about the problem, they asked if I wanted to change rooms. Told them we were leaving to another hotel. The front desk lady came to the room to see where the bugs were. The two I smashed on the desk and the other that was in the outlet, we tried to kill as well. Not sure if we succeeded as it was by the baseboard, but when she came in, it was no longer there. Then the couch was tore up, afraid maybe the bugs were in there as well.

Rude rude rude I've never been spoken to by a front desk person like this in my life! These people are the coldest, rudest human beings at a hotel I've ever seen. I've been coming to this hotel for awhile now and have always enjoyed myself, but suddenly they began canceling our reservations with no notification. They do not call, they do not email. They cancel without warning. I'm honestly shocked as I write this, because I've always loved this hotel. The lady that used to work at front desk was so sweet, but now they have an extremely angry man up there, who clearly needs some sensitivity training.
