Big let down for a Radisson Hotel Chain. Not worth the money. Overrated. Way out dated and run down. Security cameras hanging off the walls. Light fixtures rusty. All the furniture looks wore out and grimy. Carpet stained throughout the facility. Cleaning ladies are nice and awesome. Manager and front deck workers are never seen unless buzzed. The worst Raddison Country Inn Hotel I ever sat foot in! Go to the Mockingbird down the road

Run down facility This hotel is run down and poorly ran. The front desk manager needs a course in customer service. The refrigerator in my room was leaking water on the carpet which already had an odor. When I complained and demanded that the refrigerator be replaced. She got nasty with me and told me that I can check out if I do not like the way things are! Guess what? I did and do not recommend that no on else use this nasty place. The furniture is stained and run down with a odor. The ice machine did not work and the odor in room 119 was awful. The Monroe County Health Department should consider closing this facility down until improvements are made. Will never ever stay in this dump again. Furthermore, the Radisson Hotel chain should consider removing its name from this facility . It is a total embarrassment to the chain. I repeat do not stay there.

Never Again We were passing through and have always had good luck with CI&S hotels but this was the exception. Yes it's in the middle of nowhere but we've never NOT had wash rags, only 1 hand towel, a table that looked like it hadn't been dusted in months (or the previous occupants laid cocaine out) and saw hotel doors propped open with rocks. The entire hotel had an "odor" to it and while it appeared to be newer the inside was very old and worn. One of the lights didn't work and when we went to get ice after trying for almost 5 minutes the staff came out and said it didn't work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Stay somewhere else I’ve been traveling for almost a month in the south and this is the worst place I’ve stayed. First, southern hospitality was lost on the woman behind the desk. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that, in the listing, there was a fitness center on site. When I asked the hours of the fitness center, the front desk the clerk told me that all the equipment was broken and the room was locked without access to a key. When I checked in, there was only one car in the parking lot and when I asked if I was the only person staying in the hotel that night, the desk clerk replied there were three other reservations. And, one of those reservations was put in the room directly next to me. I could hear their conversation, the television and even the toilet flush. The carpet in the hallway to the rooms was stained with bleach. The furniture in room 107 was well used, the mirror frame in the bathroom was pealing from the mirror, the bathroom door coming apart. All of the lamps, the clock, even the phone in the room were unplugged. By the end of my shower, I was standing in ankle deep water. On the flip side, they sheets were clean.

Renovations desperately need to this property Several of our group members had to relocate to a different room for the same reasons before stated. Please renovate this property immediately. Very unlikely to visit again unless major changes are made. Some of the staff members were friendly and the manager made minor adjustments to the total bill.
