NOT Safe! NOT Clean Do Not Recommended! The hotel room was not clean, there is even blood marks on the toilet seat, switches are dirty, stains on the table. Doubt they even changed the sheet! It is NOT safe. Some hotel rooms are rentals. Loud and shout noise outside at night, feel like a war would happen in any moment. Vending machine outside and people came asking for money. Couldn't sleep for the whole night afraid of something bad would happen. Strongly not recommended.

Better Choices Available in the Area Found it odd that I had to fill in all of my personal info again upon registration even though some of the info was provided previously during booking. The room is pleasant and spacious with a 2-chaired table, a desk, another chair and modern with USB plugs in every electrical outlet. Good firm mattress. No tissue box in room. Translucent 1-ply toilet paper which costs more to the hotel since guests tend to overuse the toilet paper to compensate. No free local phone calls. The breakfast area is actually the same area as 13'x20' lobby with 2 4-person tables. Breakfast items include pre-packaged pastries, corn flakes, coffee and orange juice but NO tea.

Family business-conscientious owners This hotel deserves a high rating the quality of the rooms the cleanliness the beds the pillows the rugs the AC heat units everything is very well maintained nice large parking lot with free parking very pleasant people that own it and run it. I highly recommend it and I travel for a living and I'll be coming back to this hotel.

Excellent Value! We are mystified by the previous poor reviews and wonder what hotel they are describing. My husband and I found the following: The family who owns and manages this hotel are kind and competent. Our check in was handled by a pleasant, professional young woman. The room itself appeared to be newly remodeled in 2019 furnishings, flooring, bathroom tile and paint colors. Very neat and clean. All appliances and technology worked perfectly. The hotel itself reflects a pride of place with topiary shrubs and freshly planted flowers. In closing, our only suggestion to the previous complainers is that if they can not recognize an excellent value in lodging, they should just stay home.

3 and half out of 5, not average, but not quite what I would call very good as well. First of all, this is a budget hotel. I do not stay at these types of hotels very often. Next, it was VERY reasonable price wise. The management lives on the property and is attentive. I have stayed here a few times now and can tell about it in pretty good detail. First, my room was clean (very important to me!). Next, I always try to get a top floor room and I did. The first room was in the back of the property and it was quiet and just fine with me. The second room was near the front of the hotel and was noisier (not horribly so). But you could hear people when they walked by outside of your room. The second time I heard a lot more air traffic (must have been a different landing pattern than the first time I was there or the room in the back was that much quieter?) Either way I paid a VERY reasonable price via a travel website and got a little more than what I expected as it was a decent hotel. I would like to add that there was USB charging plugs in the wall and the outlets actually held a plug in them (have seen many "tired" ones that don't hold the plug well). 3.5 out of 5
