Awesome The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The security procedures, cleanliness and hospitality had me feeling almost as safe as if I were back home. Will be my choice for the Charlotte area from now on.

I’d say 3.5 stars It was clean although the carpet felt damp. The bed was very comfortable and the front entrance staff were very friendly

Disappointing Be aware that when you call the phone number through a third party booking service such as booking.com, you will not reach anyone on property and are talking to a call center. This caused significant issue upon check in as I made an arrangement with someone representing themselves as the manager of the property who did not provide accurate information nor did they make notes to my reservation. The AC also was not in proper working order, it was either hot or cold and the unit was really noisy. The fire alarm went off twice in one day early in the morning and in the middle of the night (at 12:30AM). While waiting outside with other guests to be allowed back in, some regular guests informed us all that this is a regular occurrence and happens several times a week. A problem this property needs to address immediately.

Steer clear of this hotel Bathroom seat was stained and a reddish powder was on the floor just outside the bathroom door. No plates were available for breakfast making it difficult to eat a waffle in a small cereal bowl.

Girls Trip The location was much better than the one I experienced on another side of town. The staff was awesome! That same care for the hotel needs to go to the location closet to the airport because my experience was not the same at all.
