Great Comfort Inn Best Comfort Inn I ever experienced. Well kept and great breakfast. Good restaurant connected to the hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good location on the CMU campus. Great parking. My room was very clean and nicely appointed.

Not the best First impression the lobby smelled like urine. The elevator was not working, the room had a musty dank smell, the bathroom fixtures were needing repair, not enough towels and wash clothes, the pillows were horrible and bed uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was not stocked well and the parking lot was horrible with pot holes. Will not stay here again. Would not recommend.

Great staff, great property Staff was professional and very engaging. It's not often, these days, a guest feels right at home with the first interaction. Rooms were clean and beds were a dream. Ample parking. Hot and tasty breakfast. If you're traveling with well-mannered pets, you will be welcomed (and enjoy) this property. The pet relief area is well-maintained and clean. If you're in this area, you won't be disappointed in your decision to stay here.

Dirty Room A one night stay was $268. Our room was dark, it smelled, there was visible hair in the shower, and one set of sheets was discolored which suggests that the sheets may not have been turned over. Additionally, there were no 360 covers on the mattresses. The rest of the hotel looked like it was at least mildly cleaned, so we gave it a 3/5.

Clean,Comfortable, and Quiet Great stay!!! This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable stays I have had in a Comfort Inn. The staff were also amazingly nice and helpful. Breakfast was well put together and had something for everyone. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
