Great experience Hotel staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were clean, spacious and the balcony was a nice touch! Breakfast is served hot and several choices and their coffee is actually very good! I would recommend Comfort Choice for business or personal travel needs.

Don't waste your money Just got back from this hotel. We were put in a handicap room , the shower was disgusting, first of all no tub (which I don't take bath in a hotel tub anyway) but this was terrible, had to put towels on shower floor because we didn't dare step on floor barefoot. My husband had hot water the day we checked in but I had no hot water at all the next morning. Carpet had a lot of stains and furniture pretty worn. Bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. For $250.00 I would expect a little more, told the woman when I checked out at desk there was no hot water and she could care less. I normally don't leave bad reviews but I don't want anyone,else wasting money ( maybe it was just this handicap room, who knows). Took a chance on Comfort Suites but will stick with Hampton Inns.

Almost a complete reno, but really clean Not quite a complete reno was done here, but most of it appears to have been done. Very clean, courteous checking in and out, good beds, good sized room and good breakfast. Convenient to a lot of Charleston sites and beaches. The parts that seemed not updated are the dressers/chests/tables, they're worn. But they are functional. At the price, I would recommend this hotel.

Spacious suites The hotel is located between two small upscale strip malls and is convenient to restaurants and shopping in the area. It was nicer than a lot of Comfort Inns. Our suite had a large room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa, chair, and TV; and a separate bedroom with a king size bed, cabinets, and TV. A complimentary breakfast was served in the dining area.

Severe disappointment Simply put, do not stay here! I stayed here a year ago and it was lovely. It isn’t anymore. Hard to comprehend how it could have deteriorated so much in such a short time. Again, just don’t stay here.
