Good service! The service from Shiva, Vicky, and Gourab was excellent! We liked our stay at Extended Stay Americas. It was convenient and the staff went out of their way to help. But, what could be better was breakfast, quality of the furniture, and bathroom fittings. Also, what can really help is a daily housekeeping without having to pay for it separately.

very good service Shiva was really nice and helpful staff guy in this hotel! I would love to book this place whenever I will have a chance in the future. Had to leave some stuff for my work and he was willing to take care of my stuff until I pick them up after my work and I felt secure

Great stay Grousab Rishav Shiva and Omar are the best!! We stay here every time we're in town the crew is always there to help us if we need anything and it's a very convenient area Omar takes care of all the buildings himself and the laundry room is always in good shape

thumbs up for Mountain View location Rooms and outdoor areas were well kept and clean. Breakfast bar was always stocked and coffee available and hot. The Mountain View location is head and shoulders above the one I stayed with in Fremont and well worth the slightly higher rate. A special shout out to Gaurab. He was extremely enthusiastic and helpful for whatever need I had, always with a smile on multiple stays.

Awesome Place and Staff Awesome location and wonderful staff. Make sure to check Omars garden. It just feels right when you stay here. Great freeway access and dinning is plentiful. GM Veronica is terrific! Close proximity to all major Silicon Valley businesses
