Clarion Inn

Great hotel staff and very accommodating to their guests. I stay at this hotel frequently, and the hotel staff are amazing. The front desk clerks Vini and Drew are always wonderful when I check in and the breakfast crew Burt, Bryan, and Jen are great as well. They’ve always been accommodating to me and have shown respect to their guests. The hotel has been updated as well in the past year and has been very pleasant to stay at recently. Thank you all at Clarion Inn for the continued improvement and hospitality offered at this hotel.

Room and conditions were awful The room we stayed in was old and in desperate need of updating. It smelled terribly and musty and the carpet looked dirty. The hotel was listed as pet friendly. We could not believe that we were given a carpeted room when we have a small dog which might explain the musty smell. The furniture was old and not in great shape. There were areas on the walls where paint was chipped off. There was a gap around the sink faucet that caused water to run onto the floor and puddle at our feet. We had to ask the front desk for towels so that we were not standing in water. The mattress and mattress pad were filthy and covered with a sheet. Upon inspecting the mattress, we found what appeared to be some type of drug paraphernalia in between the mattress and box spring. The shower and toilet were in an extremely small room. There was a large crack in the tile on the shower wall. The door to the bathroom looked dirty, had a chunk out of it and needed to be painted or replaced.

Did not have a comfortable stay The Staff was kind and helpful. Our Room had a very bad odor and when the water from the sink was turned on, a foul smell came from the sink area. There was a 2+ inch gap under our door, which is probably why our room never cooled down. I saw a man put a towel between the door so he could open door without card. That same man was sleeping in the stairwell the next morning.

A horrific experience ever My worst hotel stay experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon checking into the hotel, I immediately noticed the uncleanliness of the room. The carpets were stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks, and there was a musty odor lingering throughout the entire space. Despite my discomfort, I decided to try and make the best of it and settled in for the night. Throughout the night, I was kept awake by the noise coming from the neighboring rooms and hallway with rampant drug trafficking and prostitution activities happening right under the management's nose. It sounded like people were constantly coming and going, slamming doors, and shouting in the corridors smoking cigarettes and weed. Despite my numerous complaints to the front desk, the noise persisted, making it impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, when I finally managed to fall asleep, I was awoken in the early hours of the morning by the sensation of something crawling on me. Horrified, I turned on the lights to discover a bedbug infestation. I immediately packed my bags and demanded a refund, but the staff was unapologetic and refused to compensate me for the horrific stay. Needless to say, it was a nightmarish experience that left me feeling disgusted. Stay away from this piece of trash.

New owners and employees have really made a difference! This hotel has really stepped up in all aspects since being acquired by new ownership!! The new employees are extremely kind, attentive to detail, and have truly made an effort to make this place great again! I adore Jeni, Courtney, Harry, and Mike! Also, the maintenance workers are also really kind and helpful!! Thank you all for your awesome customer service!!!
