Do Not Recommend My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and we got there about 9pm left about 10am this next day. When we checked in there was a little confusion on things, but we got that worked out and we were good. We walked into the room and the smell was so bad I wanted to leave immediately. We went to the front desk and asked for another room, and they said they were full, ok so we tried to make do. The floor had a wet feeling to it, there was a chair in the corner that looked disgusting so we asked if we could remove it and the front desk said they couldn't tell us yes but whatever decided. We decided that if it made the room smell better it needed to go. So, we just sat it in the hallway as our room was at the end of the hall. Unfortunately, this did not fix the smell. The front desk did give us a full bottle of Febreze to use in our room and we sprayed a good bit and that did not fix the smell either. When we left the next morning, we saw that the housekeepers had Febreze on their carts, so they are very aware of the problem, and I also saw other complaints of the same thing from other people staying here. We did not eat breakfast here as we planned to when my daughter went down for breakfast, she saw ants crawling around on the bar where the food was laid out. So, we packed and left. We were done. When we checked out all seemed to be fine with the bill until I got a charge on my card for 24.00. I called the property back and asked what that was for and they said it was for the missing towels in the room. I told them that we did not take their towels, and I would appreciate if that was taken off of my account. They will not budge, and they said the charge will stand. For me it is not about the 24.00 as much as it is on the principle of the situation. I don't appreciate being accused of something I did not do and especially saying I stole something really infuriates me. I have called and talked to the Manager, and she will not hear of anything different and says the charges stand. I was not going to do a review like this as I don't normally but all the things together just equals terrible customer service and a bad experience, so people need to know what they are getting into if they choose to stay here. Buyer beware!

Worst customer service ever! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you can avoid this place, do. First they refused to check me in without me giving them my personal debit/credit card despite the trip being on a company card. The front desk attendant told me that had to have a personal card. She the. Deliberately lied to me telling me it would only put a $5 hold on my card that would drop off at check out. It actually charged me $39 and change. Meanwhile both the attendant and manager were completely rude and disrespectful, telling me to go stay elsewhere if I didn't like the policy, rather than being understanding and polite like 1 would expect in the service and hospitality industry.

Just give it away…… We arrived about 10:30pm and they had given our room away. They said they didn’t have a way to contact us. _ ( I’m a rewards member and I booked thru the app ) There was no other hotels in the area with a room. Everyone was booked. Drove 2 1/2 hrs back home. Totally ruined our trip.

Work trip Stayed here for a week while working in Blairsville Ga. The hotel is super clean and quiet! It sits on top of the hill and is very peaceful and quiet outside. Has a great view of the mountains. Staff is very friendly which makes the stay very pleasant. A lot of good restaurants in downtown as well.
