Clean hotel, great service I was very impressed by Vanessa, the manager for her follow up and accommodating us. I booked the hot tub suite for my boyfriend’s bday, the room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a romantic night. I liked that along with some water and snacks, she even gave me a treat bag for my dog who was traveling with us. Breakfast was great, buffet style and every staff member I came upon was friendly. Good job Crystal Inn!

Great hotel We stayed 2 weeks because of a lapse between moves. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and a nice variety. Great location close to shopping and food choices. Overall our stay was excellent and we were very happy!!

Deceptive- Not pet-friendly! This is listed as pet-friendly but even after I specifically called to inquire and was assured it was pet-friendly, upon check-in I'm told I will be charged $50.00 per dog. How deceptive and outrageous to not be upfront about this!!! Already booked through another site, what can be done? Even though the hotel is satisfactory in other ways, $100.00 extra for two little shih tzus is ridiculous!! Another rant; terrible AC.

Nice, Comfortable, Affordable My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and found the stay very comfortable and affordable. The location is good and quite. Due to COVID considerations, the breakfast included was a boxed breakfast that guests picked up every morning and took to their room to eat. One issue I had that all the breakfast meats were pork (either sausage and bacon on the side, or ham in the omelet). This was quite disappointing since most hotels in the world now are considerate enough to have at least a Turkey alternatives as well. A huge segment of the population does not eat pork, so the hotel should catch up with our times.

SUPER COMFORTABLE BED, NICE PILLOWS Everything went perfectly during my stay. Quite room. Comfortable Bed and pillows. Great Breakfast (included). Clean. Affordable. Friendly Staff. THIS PLACE IS DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT! I'm definitely coming back.
