NOT SAFE My husband, my baby and I were traveling to Myrtle Beach. We were only staying one night here and then staying the rest of our trip at our rental home (thank goodness) It was around 1am when we checked in. Around 3 we were woken up to someone trying to enter our room! We luckily had the top lock locked or who knows what would have happened. My husband jumped up and slammed the door shut and the person knocked but didn’t say a word. It was a scary experience. When I called the front desk I was told “oh that was my fault, I tried to book your room to someone else by accident”. This is not okay. This is not a safe place to stay. The issue was not even met with compassion.

Gross Super8. Stay away. You are better off sleeping in your car. The room we had was disgusting. The hallway smelled of cigarettes and weed. Dirty walls, corners in the bathroom was yellow, luggage rack was rusted, and we attempted to clean but it was so gross we stopped. We checked in and checked out within 45 minutes. I don't recommend staying here at all. It is nasty beyond belief. Yuck. It was our first and last time at a Super 8.

Dirty inside and out The placed smelled of urine and was dirty. It had very low water pressure and the in room phone didn't work. The TV cord was grateful and there were bugs all over

Unless you don't have money for a quality hotel! Like the majority of Super 8 hotels, management has an apathetic attitude on how it is run. In this case prostitutes were plenty and shady people creep outside at all hours of the night. Please don't stay here if at all possible.
