AWESOME EXPERIENCE The crew at the hotel and restaurant were amazing. The service that we received from Rich and Madee was amazing. They want to make sure that your experience is perfect. The night we were there a patron decided to loudly speak disrespectfully, Rich, the manager went over to the patron and politely asked him to please keep his voice down and stop. The customer listed. Rich, has no problem picking up the mop and cleaning the floor. No job is to big or too small for him. Our son has moved to this area and will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future. Keep it up Rich and Madee!

David, Julia and IHG Hotels are crooks and liars FRAUD DEFINITION: Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. David, the GM, is the most unprofessional lying jerk I've ever encountered. Booking.com was refunding our reservation until David lied to them stating we in fact stayed when we didnt. When we asked him to provide us with the check in documents that all hotels require he refuses and hangs up on us. Over 800 dollars in charges. This is fraud and theft and we will be seeking legal action. Julia is help cover for him.

Best Holiday Inn Express Ever! Had an amazing experience staying at the Nampa Holiday Inn Express. Julia, Caitlyn and Joshlyn provided great customer service over the time of my stay. The hotel was very clean and has easy access to the Ford Idaho Center as well as access to the interstate to travel across the Nampa/Boise area with ease. Horrible place I travel all over the country. this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed !!! They check me into a room that was not clean. Then they told me they don’t think they have a room for me . Nothing works including the TV… 3 AM in the morning they checked some drunk guy into my room. I was woken by some drunk guy. Their breakfast is terrible cold every morning and only consist of some nasty clod gravy. This is the first review I’ve ever written a review, but my experience with them was so horrible. I did not want somebody else to go through it., they do not know how to run the computer and from what I could see are incompetent. I was very patient. The place stinks because of the factory just up the road so if you like smelling cross between rotten eggs and cow manure. I can put up with that. It’s not their fault, but the service was horrible, and the place was dilapidated not taken care of, and nothing works. The bathroom in the lobby is always Locked. I asked why? they said it’s for us employees not customers. I went to do laundry and their change machine is broke. I asked them for a change and they told me I would have to run across the street they had no change so I ran across the street to get change, and their laundry machine was broke go figure? They told me they do not do weekly rates but as long as my stuff it was in the room they would continue to run my credit card and everything would be OK. My last day after a week there I show up and they give me a bag with my things in it . Are you kidding me!!!! For a week they just ran my credit card and one day I show up and they hand me a bag with my thing, without a phone call or anything no warning, but yet they ran my card every day and told me everything was OK.. They are lucky, I put up with as much as I did from them. This place is horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone I would stay away from it. Worst place I’ve ever stayed … I could go on and on but no point stay away. I spend a third of my life in motels for the last three years and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Top Shelf We really liked this location from its large parking lot to the unique public areas inside. Very easy to find with good amount of parking. Very friendly and quick check in. In the halls there are numerous sitting areas and alcoves, some with a TV or a fireplace. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was a typical IHG spread, which includes hot and cold food. I also took advantage of tg6e gym and laundry rooms, and both were clean and well maintained. We would stay again and do highly recommend.
