A great Place to stay, great staff, great rooms and great food From the moment we walked into reception the staff were extremely friendly, polite and professional. We were given a poolside ground floor room that was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. It was spacious and well equipped. Having read a couple of previous adverse reviews, I was more than pleasantly surprised. This motel takes customer service seriously and wherever we went the staff were brilliant and do friendly. We ate at the poolside bar ‘Harold’s Place’ which we found amazingly great value for money and very tasty food, washed down with a couple of draft beers and a glass of wine. As a seasoned world-wide traveller, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples, Florida and would stay again. Date of stay Sunday 3rd December 2023.

Totally Disrespected Do NOT stay here if you want to be treated with respect and appreciated as a customer. The staff/owners of this hotel were so rude and had such an attitude that they just want your money and then they do not care. The place is run down and very dated. For the money you can stay at many nicer places for vacation.

Great place to stay Having traveled around Florida for a few weeks we chose to spend the last 3 days in Naples at this motel. Check in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean and well maintained, Our tv didn’t work but when we reported it to reception it was swiftly replaced. My opinion is that the old fashioned bedspreads should be replaced with modern cleaner looking ones which would give the room a fresher look. Also the beds and pillows were past their best. We used the pool a few times and it was lovely but do agree that the loud music on the Saturday spoils the relaxed vibe. We did eat in both Harold’s place and the pizza restaurant and found them both to deliver excellent service, value for money and tasty food . Breakfast was really good with lovely ladies keeping it well stocked and even helping to make pancakes and waffles. All in all we really enjoyed our stay

Will definitely go back Nicely renovated and decorated room, but online photo doesnt do it justice because of outdated bedspread. Large kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Tiki restaurant had great food and the pool, steps from our room, was relaxing. Front desk folks were friendly and accomodating. Our server Gabi at Harry's tiki restaurant was the sweetest server ever!

Great place to sleep! This place is what you expect for the money. We did not hang out at this hotel, but it looked like people were having fun with karaoke on Sunday. There is a shaving sink in the shower, so that’s kind of cool. The beds and linings are clean. We did not eat the breakfast, as we went fishing one morning and slept in. They gave us an extra hour to check out (noon).
