Consistently good chain hotel We find Hampton Inns to be consistently good across the country. The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are always big and comfortable. The breakfast is always hot and fresh with a good variety. I was a tiny bit disappointed that they didn't have a couple of their usual breakfast additions (whipped cream and caramel sauce for the waffles), but that is a small thing that probably only I miss!

If you're ok with noise, unclean bathrooms and heavily stained furniture, this might be ok for you. A very roomy king suite, but it was not cleaned well, the furniture was outdated and heavily stained. The frig was overflowing with water, someone must have turned it to defrost, the shower in the bathroom was dripping all over the floor, I used bath towels to absorb the water. The ladies at the front desk knew nothing about customer service and barely spoke. On a positive note, the staff at breakfast was pleasant and the food was hot and plentiful. The afternoon cookies were yummy too. The traffic at this location is very disturbing to your sleep. I ALWAYS choose a Hilton but in this case, there are other brand name hotels close by and I will never stay here again. This was my second unacceptable stay at this hotel.

Average The hotel services decent but nothing special. The WiFi was abysmal and I was unable to upgrade my services to the 5 dollar a day version. In addition, it was not located in a very nice area and the housekeeping only comes every other day. 3/5 would not recommend.

Seen Better Days I put average because I had an adequate at best experience, but a coworker did not. The hotel is absolutely dated. The tiny gym only had the peloton that worked and some free weights. The thermostat in the room has to be a placebo. It was cold in the evening and warm to hot in the morning (69 deg supposedly). The fan didn't stay on despite selecting high. The thermostat looked to be from 1985. I, too, had mold / yuck on the bottom of my shower door and the railing on the shower door was not straight. The office chair had part of a tortilla chip embedded in the crack. The breakfast was average. It just looks dated and uncared for/ no investment. I haven't stayed at other properties in the area, but I plan to try another hotel should I come back in the future.

Great place to stay My experience with this Hampton Inn was wonderful. Check on was fast, friendly and efficient. I wasn't recognized as a Hilton Honors member, but no big deal. The room was large and comfortable and the HVAC was quiet and worked well. There is a nice indoor swimming pool to enjoy. The breakfast was adequate with a decent selection of hot and cold items. Would definitely stay there again!
