Holiday Inn Express W-I40/Whitebridge Road by IHG

GO TO THE NEXT LOCATION OR ANOTHER HOTEL Horrible front desk. We'd been driving for 10 hours. I made a reservation a couple hours before we arrived for $130. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk came out looking irritated. She said she hadn't received any reservations. When I asked if they had availability she said it was $200. Negative energy poured off this woman. I handed her my fiancé's credit card and she said she couldn't take it. So my fiancé had to come in from outside. She handed us our keys and I told her I had a service animal and then she became upset and said they don't allow pets. Wanted to know what service she provided. And then said they just had a problem like this and she would have to call her manager. I told her service animals can go where ever their owners go and I was happy to show her the paperwork. She then said I SHOULD HAVE TOLD HER BEFORE SHE BOOKED THE ROOM AND SHE RESERVED THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OUR RESERVATION IF SHE WANTED TO. I asked her if she was aware she was discriminating because I had a service animal and was threatening to cancel. She then went off on a rant. Handed the key cards to my fiancé and refused to acknowledge me. Screw this place. I've been an IHG member for ten years and I think they just let a customer.

Nice place to stay Very comfortable clean has a grocery with in walking distance. Also fast food is close enough to walk to. Not a very good part of town but you couldn’t tell from inside. I walked to the store a few times and it was safe. It was pretty centrally located

Karen is the absolute best!! Karen is one of the best people I have ever met. She is a customer service natural and was absolutely fabulous. She is the true definition of southern hospitality and I would return to this hotel just for her!

Friendly front desk staff and very good complimentary breakfast Our family group of 9 spent a night on 6/24 at this hotel at the beginning of our 2 week vacation and then again another night at the end of our vacation on 7/8 with our family group of 10. It was a nice hotel, but the parking lot is extremely small, and they only have 1 slow elevator for the entire hotel. Complimentary breakfast was very good! The front desk staff were awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone that visits the Nashville area!

Good value Room rates were attractive compared to the expensive downtown areas. Location is only a few minutes away from the strip. Room was spacious and clean and we had no issues with it. Complementary breakfast was adequate but unremarkable.
