Great experience Bed was very comfortable. Location was accessible to most of the venues we wanted to go to. The hotel had a fitness room which we use three of the 5 days we were there. Continental breakfast was very good which we ate all the days we were there except for the last day as we left really. Coffee was also very good. Had coffee multiple times during the day and evening.

Very affordable and comfortable rooms While we had a tiny room, it was spotless and comfy. Issues were a TV that had sound and no picture and a toilet seat that was very loose. 24 hours after arrival, those were fixed. Others in our party had many problems with the gal who checked us all in being rude and turned one in our party away because his wife made the reservation and couldn't travel due to a broken leg. After all day travel, this friend had to go find another hotel. The Alexis was close to restaurants, the highway and had good parking. Breakfast was fine. Lobby beautiful. Other staff was great.

Horrific and traumatic experience. If you have any self respect, dignity dont subject yourself or others to alexis inn please see letter I sent to management below. Do not stay here you have been warned Hello, I am writing to demand an immediate refund due to the appalling conditions I encountered during my stay. The room was repulsively filthy, and it is shocking that you would even consider it acceptable for guests. The only person who showed any competence was the night auditor, who attempted to address my numerous issues. From the moment I checked in, the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The staff's lack of knowledge about operating the TV was frustrating and unhelpful. To make matters worse, when I returned to the hotel around 2:30 am and attempted to use the sofa sleeper, I discovered multiple blood stains on the mattress. My daughter was so horrified she refused to sleep there, and if it weren’t so late, I would have checked out immediately. I had to request new linens and deal with a mattress that had stains, food remnants, and even popcorn underneath it. The shower was equally appalling, with pubic hairs scattered around. When I requested a room change, the night auditor did his best to assist, but the experience only got worse. Despite his efforts to help, I was subjected to repeated, disrespectful calls from staff early in the morning, who spoke to me in a derogatory manner and refused to let me explain the situation. Their rude and condescending attitude was completely unacceptable. When I went to the front desk to address these issues, I was confronted by a particularly rude individual who claimed to be the assistant manager. She ignored my concerns and refused to even look at the evidence I had gathered. Her behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, and she even had the police called on me. This was the final straw in a series of horrific customer service failures. I will be reporting these appalling conditions to the local board of health and posting my experience, including photos, on review sites. I expect a full refund for this dismal experience.

Roaches, damp room, lying/rude manager TLDR: ROACHES!! Damp rooms and uncooperative LYING manager. DO NOT BOOK! It’s cheaper for a reason!! We came to Nashville for a few days to explore the city and some food and bar scenes but had an absolutely terrible time here. We were there July 9 - July 11 2024, as we left a day early from this horrible hotel. Our first night we were put in room 305 where we smelled mildew and otherwise a moist damp smell, and when we took our shoes off, our socks soaked through. We were then moved to room 406 promptly and thought that was the end, not too awful. We were not aware until the next night, but we came back after a night at some recommended bars and saw ROACHES. A roach on our sink, which we promptly killed, and we saw several all going in and out of the entertainment stand. We called the front desk, but due to the time (about 1 AM), she said she was unable to assist or even provide a roach spray as they do not have any on site. They also had no maintenance on site at the time. Because it was 1 AM and we were under the influence, we did not feel it was safe to try and find a last minute hotel at that hour both for us and our items and were told maintenance would come up first thing in the morning. Maintenance did not arrive. We packed our bags (we originally moved everything to the other side of the room and were just watching in horror at the bugs going in and out of the entertainment stand from our beds the night prior) and upon trying to get our water from the fridge, TWO MORE ROACHES fell out of the cabinet. We decided to abandon it and hurry downstairs. Cue front desk experience. After we talked to the initial person who helped how she could, stating they were told we’d likely be down that morning from the shift exchange, the manager then came. We showed her these pictures and offered to show her where they were hiding because despite photos, she insisted she go with her maintenance employee and we did we’re not to go with her. We kept insisting, she kept denying, and the photos and video meant nothing because she needed to figure out what was going on herself regardless. After a while, she came down and stated she confirmed there was “one” bug in the room. Again, we had a video of some and saw several. We counted about 9 total, killing two ourselves. She said she could not refund us more than two nights “because we stayed,” and we had to keep the one night which we were still apparently sleeping in a roach room despite having no idea nor intention to stay after finding out. She also said that she couldn’t refund more due to the booking site we used. HAD WE KNOWN THERE WERE ROACHES, WE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED! We were STUCK until the following morning. The manager told us she processed our refund, which ended up just being for our last night we didn’t stay, therefore only 1/3 nights. We then had our booking site contact them to which they said they confirmed no such thing as roaches in the room. We again have the video best we could from a distance, they were even expecting us that morning and they did confirm to us they found “one” but I am not so sure now. If the video works well, you can see multiple walking by on the entertainment stand and we had TWO fall out of the fridge cabinet below the microwave. The sink was on the other side of the TV. We want our money back, and we want to warn people in case they knew about this so they can avoid this awful experience. It’s not worth it. We are currently waiting for an update from a manager upon our reports and again, look at the pictures, that’s a roach. By our soap, on our entertainment stand. And again, we had some fall out trying to get our water out of the fridge. Do NOT book here, it will be an awful experience, lord knows how many others experienced this.

Decent for one night The room was large and fairly clean. The halls smelled like weed though. Decent value. It was a pain parking though. The front desk will want your license plate number. Bring it with you to avoid several trips to and from your car. Very close to airport and gas station right across street.
