Vacation The location was convenient. I like that they have a breakfast available. It was a good vacation even though it was a short stay. Would stay here again. We had a problem with the shower pressure and the water- cold/hot.

Few things Overall hotel and staff were great!!! Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, only I would not recommend staying if you have children, not because of hotel but the call girls around all hours and people sleeping on the streets but if your adults and want affordable good clean hotel with great staff I recommend.

HORRIBLE!! Room was absolutely disgusting blood stains on walls, horrible musty dirty old smell the minute we walked in and pee drip stains all on the back wall of our bathroom on both sides! Our mini fridge was broken not even a little cold it was room temperature if not warmer. The location is also the worst you have homeless/prositues surrounding area who come right up to your door, we had a homeless man come knocking asking for money it’s just such a bad area where you don’t feel safe not even in your own room. My husband and I I refused to let my kids lay on the beds. We did complain and got moved to another room which yes was a little better then our first but still dirty. We were just in shock and couldn’t believe it. I DO NOT recommend at all and will NEVER step foot on this property again or even consider staying here ever again.

Crawling with bugs I'll keep it simple. Unless you want to have a sleepover with the bugs do NOT book! It was disgustingly dirty upon arrival although there weren't any visable bugs when we checked in during the day time. I left for an event and came back around 11 pm at that time bugs were crawling throughout the entire room. I refuse to stay anywhere bugs are especially when the accommodations are thin bedding, pillows that look like they haven't been washed in weeks and stained mattresses... We left immediately. Night ruined. Trip over I went home.

Going downhill... As a Wyndham Gold member I've stayed at this particular location numerous times and was never required to post a deposit. I've never had an issue at this or any of the many establishments I frequent. The last stay at this National City location, I was required to post a $150.00 deposit, with no explanation, other than, "That's our policy", by the condescending desk clerk. It wasn't policy the first few stays, so why now, I asked. Crickets. I had to change rooms since the TV was stuck on one station, even after trying a different remote.
