Xtabi Resort

Unprofessional Manager with Very poor customer service. The resort is quiet and peaceful. However my reservation got messed up based off miss communication of the staff. It was reported to the manager she came did she did. Didn't even acknowledge us or apologize for the error. And that's very unprofessional. And we went here to view this place for an up coming event that we were having but we didn't advised anyone of this. Never judge a book by its cover. Very poor customer service.

Vibes on Repeat This was our second stay at Xtabi and we booked again for next year before leaving. The laid-back energy is just our style. It's not a super swanky five-star resort but that's part of the appeal. We come for the breathtaking sunsets and stay for the friendships. From the staff (special shoutouts to Kevin, Omar, Donna, Marsha and Michael) to the friendly locals in the neighbourhood, the people are what make the experience so special. Much love and soon come.

Beautiful Xtabi I had an excellent stay, great value for the price and spectacular views. I had stayed in one of the seaside cottages #6 and was so glad that I booked a sea front cottage. My views from my patio were spectacular pretty much anytime of the day but sunsets were the best. There were three loungers on my patio plus a table and two chairs so plenty of space to hang out. My room had air conditioning a mini fridge also a great outdoor shower plus the bed was comfortable and seating in the room was also good. The hotel is a little bit older so it’s not shiny and new but you can tell that the furniture is really solid and well built. These items were meant to last and are well-made. I appreciate quality especially for the price. Lots of great places to swim/snorkel from if you’re comfortable with the ladders, there is also a few caves to explore with one that has a bit of a sandy Beach when the water is really calm. Restaurant is great. I pretty much had really good meals every time I ate there, love the eggs Benedict for breakfast plus their omelets are great. Don’t have anything bad to say about the food. Drinks are reasonably priced. They have a pool across the street in their garden side, which I checked out one day. Nice pool, very relaxing. Hope to be back very soon!

Magical Xtabi 10/10 recommend Xtabi! Rooms are super clean. Great value for your money. I felt safe and well cared for the whole stay. The cliffs are magical and everything you need is in a short distance. The restaurant is fresh and they even accommodated my food wishes. Everyone is so accommodating and everything is a “yes man”! I am already planning my next stay!

Beautiful place for a cliff jumping day Went juste for the day to enjoy the water per recommendation of our air bnb host. The place was amazing ! Staff was so nice, food was good, and the cliff jumping / access to the water is great. There is also free parking across the street. I recommend this place for a sunny day
