Super 8 by Wyndham Neosho

Depressing, dirty, sad. If you are looking for the depressing room with no amenities… this is for you! The room needed repairs, numerous chips in paint, furniture, tubs. The recliner? I have seen curb finds better…and we wont discuss what appeared to be falling popcorn ceiling fluffs everywhere. Plus, there were no breakfast items at all, and the coffee? Go sip pond water for better taste. The beverage machine even had a sign about it not working. Normally we would havent stayed here after seeing the room, but it was one of those times where the days travels were long and we were tired, but a nights rest didnt help. After all, the hard wierd soft bed was awful. Just bypass this one guys!

Disappointed I expected better treatment after being a loyal customer for the past 5 years. I was only asking for a 1 hour early check in after driving all night. I have spent approximately 30 nights at this location in the past 5 years and feel like I should have been permitted to check in an hour early to an empty hotel room without being charged.

Won’t stay here again The place needs some repairs, cracks, wires hanging down to make a few. Bathroom was old and outdated, shower was cracked and peeling off and looked horrible. Wife killed a couple roaches in the bathroom. The beds, the beds were had has rocks. Think I would have slept better if I was in the floor. Their website and others say they offer breakfast, well they don’t. Went down stairs to ask where it was located at and was told they don’t serve breakfast anymore and that was it! No sorry or reason why and that’s one of the factors of why we chose to pay a little extra to stay here over a couple other locations. The only positive I can say is that the location was pretty decent for what we were in the area for. Will not stay again and advise others, unless you don’t have a choice stay somewhere else, even if it cost a little more.

If you are desperate, It will do. The room was clean and comfortable enough and the desk clerk helped as much as she could. My complaint concerns who ever owns this place. The wi-fi only works in rooms close to the front desk and even then it is spotty. This caused me alot of problems. There are no vending machines, everything must be purchased at the front desk. On top of that, they are still using the Covid excuse for not providing a breakfast of any discription. Coffee only. For 80 bucks a night, you would think they could afford a decent wi-fi system and maybe put out a few pre-packaged muffins or donuts. I won't be back. If you are planning on staying in Neosho and the Best Western is booked up, I would suggest driving to the next town.

Get what you pay for? Inaccurate room type given, after that was corrected, had to walk thru area designated as smoking to get to out nonsmoking room. The cleanliness of bathroom was questionable and the A/C temp was inaccurate along with making a terrible noise each time it started and stopped. Luckily only stayed one night.
