Recently renovated and great! I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and my review at that times was less than stellar however, this hotel has since undergone renovation, and it is lovely! The rooms have all been updated and are very clean and well appointed. Dove products are stocked in the bathroom, the beds are comfortable with very soft sheets. The front desk guy and the breakfast staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was good with a lot of your typical offerings and even fresh berries, too. Every channel that you could ever want is available on TV. A great stay, and I would recommend staying here.

Nice, Newly Renovated Rooms But With Bad Road Noise in Front Rooms The one thing I called in advance to request was a "quiet room". And while they specifically gave us a room away from the elevator, vending, and ice machines, they unfortunately put us in a room facing the front of the hotel. The windows provided no protection from the continuous road noise through the night and early morning. I only got 3 hours of sleep, if that much, which for me is the most important "amenity" in a hotel. It's too bad that during the recent renovation the hotel didn't invest in better noise proofing for the road facing room windows. Otherwise, the renovated rooms are comfortable, nicely appointed, clean, and equipped with a new large LCD TV. While we didn't avail ourselves of the free "grab and go" breakfast (temporarily available during the renovation), it looked like there were good options and other guests seemed very satisfied.

HORRIBLE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY This weekend my family and I had a wedding in Asbury park we booked 5 rooms with this hotel and the check in desk was absolutely RUDE. they kicked all 5 room out of the hotel and called the cops on us for asking if they can put my elderly grandmother next to us. The room was available the front desk associate than went into there office and her and her manager came out and the manager came out and screamed “get out of MY building” this was completely uncalled for and disgusting. She made us miss pictures with our family because she canceled our rooms. When we called with corporate while we were there with the cops they won’t answer the phone from corporate because they knew they were wrong. Isadora was unprofessional with her service to customers and was completely unprofessional dressed in a t-shirt and sweatpants to be a manger at a hotel you should be more professionally dressed for this role. I would think twice about staying in this hotel. This is unacceptable!

Clean and Friendly! The room was clean. Check in was very easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was actually pretty good! I left something behind and I called when I got home. The front desk staff went up to look for it but it wasn’t there because the housekeeping staff already found it and was ready to send it back to me! I would totally stay here again!!

The worst Holiday Inn ever This is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. First off, the staff members here are about as useful as a Walmart door greeter. They stand there and ignore you until you start making enough noise. Then they take a sigh and serve you and first give you an attitude then give you your keys. The rooms are filthy and smelly. With the price you pay, you would think this place is a palace. This place is a dump and I’m surprised it’s still in business. I will always have a bad feeling about this place from the couple of times I’ve stayed here. I had an equally lousy stay last year. You think I’d learn, but the manager promised to make it up to me if I ever came back to town. Well, I did and their offer was not worth all the trouble we dealt with. We will NEVER stay at this nightmare hotel again. Do yourselves a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Much better service and quality for about the same price as this hotel
