Solid hotel, great staff, starting to show age but still a good choice Hotel is comfortable and has a nice pool and lobby area. Breakfast is $12 and Diamond benefit is only $10 so that could be improved, but breakfast is good overall. Bar has draft beers which is great given the evenings can still be really hot. Emily at the front desk was outstanding in handling multiple simultaneous guest questions and helped quickly fix a room key reset. Rooms are starting to show their age and would benefit from updating soon. Keurig coffee in the room which is great.

Horrible, not recommended! I have been to many hotels but this hotel is the worst experience I have had so far. Let's start with the fact that the elevator was out of order for a whole day and we had to walk up three floors every time we wanted to go up to the room. I understand that failures happen, so I won't dwell on it. All what happened afterwards must improve: when we arrived at the hotel there were two towels even though our reservation was for 3 guests. We called the receptionist and were surprised that they asked us to come to them to get the extra towel, we didn't argue and went down to get it (remember that the elevator was broken but that didn't stop the hotel receptionist from demanding such an absurd demand from us). Then came the climax: at the end of a long day of travel, we returned to the room and, to our surprise, the room was not arranged, not cleaned, and towels were not changed. We called the receptionist named Cherry who amazed us and asked us to empty the garbage and bring it to her! Here we already strongly refused and after an argument she agreed to come up to us in the room with clean towels. When we asked her why the bad service, we received a delusional answer that since the covid19 they have been experiencing difficulties with the service... Dear Madam, the covid19 was almost 5 years ago, this excuse has expired. In short, I will conclude by saying that our experience at the hotel was delusional and it is a testament to the entire Hilton chain that this hotel boasts the name of the brand.

They should have specific floors for pets since some people have pet allergies We feel like we did not get our honors benefits like we usually do. We usually have complementary water plus a snack and we did not like the fact that every floor is a pet friendly floor. People with allergies need areas that have not had pets in them.

$215 per night with Breakfast not included This hotel was fine - as far as it goes. The room was fine and the staff was nice. The biggest disappointment is we spent $434 for two nights AND DIDN'T GET BREAKFAST. Not a banana, not a muffin - nothing! In this day and age, that's unthinkable. Every other hotel in the area offered free breakfast. I would not stay here again.

Disappointing Were there for a 25th anniversary the room smelled toilet seat was loose the shower continuously drift it wouldn’t the food at the restaurant came to us, cold the chicken, wings were cold in the middle. The ice machines weren’t working so you had to go downstairs to the front desk any extra blankets or pillows you had to go down to the front desk lots of noise above or below us. for the price it was not worth it could’ve stayed somewhere for $100 less and had breakfast included and it would’ve been cleaner.
