Happy to stay, SO sad to leave! I stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites on Bullard Avenue with my family. Check in was seamless. Wanda, the morning manager, made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. She is an asset to the business. The building is clean, beautiful, and well-kept. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Not the best The tv didn't work, the phone didn't work. The front desk receptionist was trying to accommodate us in a friendly manner but seemed to have trouble putting us into a room that had a working television. Not sure why she said she couldn't do it, then when asked what she was going to do about it by us, she came up with putting us into another room, which we certainly appreciated after the long drive.

Great Quaity & Value Quality and Value. Staff was very helpful and professional. Kudos especially to Christine,Wanda and Mark contributed to making stay good and overall a pleasant experience. Will use them again. Close access to interstate therfore you don't have congestion of French Quarters...while being close enough to restaurants in Canal St area and World War 2 Museum. My out of town guest love it also.

Great stay! May husband and I stayed here for five nights. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Our room and bed were very comfortable, and the building is well maintained. Ms Wanda and the rest of the staff were so welcoming. Highly recommend!

New Orleans Vacation was amazing. The trip was excellent and just what we expected and my family enjoyed every bit of it. God truly blessed us that the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help us and did things to help us all along the way of our stay for 2 weeks. All staff that we encountered was a God sent especially Mrs Wanda, the Asian Lady, Mr Tony and all the other ones but I can’t remember them all names
