Wonderful stay No hotel can be perfect all the time and when something goes wrong you are given an opportunity to make your guest feel honoured still. Michael the Supervisor was that for us. I highly recommend this hotel for the all around customer service from all the staff, and should something go wrong feel rest assured they will let you know they care.

Friendly staff The cold air conditioning hits you when you walk thru the front door and it is such a relief from the hundred degree heat! Lobby is not very large, but comfortable. Front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Rooms are pretty clean and nice size. Some updates are needed. Digital key didn’t work so I had to go back down to front desk. They fixed it right away. Broken slats in room closet door. Bathroom faucet loose and hot/cold switched sides. Laughed when I brushed my teeth and water was turned to cold but hot was coming out. Shower head was old and sprayed everywhere. Other than that, the room was nice. Breakfast Buffett was good. Hit the spot. Need to change it up a bit to add some real New Orleans cuisine. All in all it was a great stay.

Convenient Location The hotel was convenient since it is a short walk away from the Convention Center and the Riverwalk. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. As a silver Hilton's member I was disappointed that this hotel didn't provide a welcome bag (snacks/water) like other Hilton properties, but it was nice that they gave two free bottles of water in the room every day. There was an issue with the microwave, but after reporting it to the staff, they took care of the problem right away. I would stay here again.

All fixed We had some hiccups at the hotel but the general manager made things right Most hotels don’t move as fast as Ben did but he made us feel important and we thank him for that Great location if attending the convention area. Also close to good restaurants in the area

Great Hotel Easy location to Fulton parking garage and easy transportation to Port of NOLA for your cruise. Staff was very friendly and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Will be taking another cruise in November and this will be my stay of choice.
