Excellent hotel and price perfect too! My husband and I stayed at the Intercontinental for 3 nights before boarding our cruise for my friend’s 50th birthday. The location is perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean, within walking distance to Bourbon Street & many different eateries, up to date and well equipped. When in Nola, we’ll be sure to stay at the Intercontinental again.

Nice hotel The hotel itself is nice but some of the decor is a little “tired”. The bathrooms, especially the showers need to be remodeled desperately. The pipes in the shower rattle like crazy.

Great corporate retreat Beautiful hotel. Great staff, good restaurants and spacious rooms. The conference areas were stellar. Alex in the front desk was exceptionally courteous. We had a room block of 20 or so and everyone had a great time!

Truly an amazing experience We stayed at The Intercontinental in New Orleans and we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere. We had a room with a balcony that was stunning and very clean. The hot water was my favorite part of my stay lol. I’d say the hotel is right in the center of everything. Noise level was down despite the construction going on. My husband even said this will be our go-to hotel in New Orleans!
