Excellent stay, clean and bright! This property was amazing for the price! Clean, efficient, with a helpful staff. Free breakfast and happy hour offered. We had a unique sleeping need that was supported by the staff, no questions or extra charges required. $150 to check in early, if you need. A $75 trip to Laguardia is also offered and can be scheduled by staff, which was handy. Pay with cash, and avoid CC fees. We'll be back!

January, good pricing, and great stay. I was on the 34th floor, everything was quiet, the room was not too small by any means, and it was nice having a kitchenette because the bathroom sink hot water was not operating. They did offer to move me, but I did not want to hassle with it so I just washed my face, etc., in the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, my view was great, the climate control worked well and without too much noise. Breakfast was actually very good for this level of hotel. The eggs were not powdered. Very pleased for the cast and accommodations.

Dayanara and the hotel was clean and safe. It was walking distance from Times Square and the subway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff is wonderful and the hotel was clean and safe. It was walking distance from Times Square and the subway. I went to see the ball Drop last night for New Year’s Eve. The hotel was safe and clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. There was a happy hour that had beer and wine, the room had a fridge microwave and it had a dishwasher and they had Netflix so I can also watch Stranger Things. The staff was a wonderful , especially Dayanara!!! I was early, and I still was able to get checked into my room, which had a great view. I actually want to come back.

Good location, room but room for service improvement My wife and I stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving week. The location is ideally for Times Square, broadway and the like if the high line walk, Hudsons yard and many more must go to places. The room itself was good, water pressure in the bathroom, espy the shower was inadequate and the sink drainage poor. Our biggest gripe was our check-in upon arrival. The lady who eventually checked us in kept us waiting whilst she gathered and restocked room card keys, something which should have been done after we had been checked in. I did raise the bathroom and check-in experience with the manager.
