The perfect place to start your NYC adventure If you're someone who is ready to experience as much of New York as possible, you've got to stay at Pod51. This is the best deal on lodging you can get in NYC, and besides that, it's also in an amazing area! So many great places to eat and lots of cozy bars for every budget. We walked to Grand Central Station, the Roosevelt Island tramway, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall, and more all from this hotel. I've stayed here twice now, and will continue coming back when I'm in New York.

Minimalist but perfect! This place is just something that I found on Expedia when I needed to book a hotel in Midtown Manhattan. It turns out it is a wonderful functional place, the rooms are small, but nothing is missing and nothing is unnecessary. It is clean, the street is quiet there was no loud noise like I experienced in other hotels in Manhattan, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there are lots of restaurants around including a famous bagel place. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget conscious who also want to enjoy their stay in Manhattan.

Pod 51 Area felt so safe and was very close to multiple subway entrances. We were about 10 min away from all the major tourist areas including Times Square, Empire State Building, and Central Park. The hotel was very clean and modern; Noise does travel very easily from other rooms, and unfortunately, we had extremely noisy guests on our floor. However, after we expressed to the front staff, they were extremely helpful, assisted with the issue and even offered to change our room. We are extremely satisfied with our service we received from everyone. We're already planning our next trip and will be staying here again!
