Pod 51 Area felt so safe and was very close to multiple subway entrances. We were about 10 min away from all the major tourist areas including Times Square, Empire State Building, and Central Park. The hotel was very clean and modern; Noise does travel very easily from other rooms, and unfortunately, we had extremely noisy guests on our floor. However, after we expressed to the front staff, they were extremely helpful, assisted with the issue and even offered to change our room. We are extremely satisfied with our service we received from everyone. We're already planning our next trip and will be staying here again!

The NY pied-à-terre of my dreams This was a last-minute solo stay and it was a showstopper! The exceptionally friendly staff took great care of me from the start. The room, a queen, was perfectly sized for me. My wish for a view was well accommodated with a huge window and a big balcony to boot. Super-comfortable bed and excellent shower, quiet all night and super to have the shared spaces available below in case I wanted to pop out of the room for a bit. You can take the subway fron JFK to a stop right down the street and you're literally in the middle of everything NY.

Best budget hotel in NYC! Great location, great service, and incredibly affordable. Rooms are small, but it's not a huge deal considering the price of everything on offer. Best budget location possible.

Fantastic Location with a Generous Surprise Upgrade! Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff and an ideal location near great cafes, Times Square, and 5th Avenue. We especially appreciated the easy 40-minute metro ride to JFK and the generous, unexpected room upgrade from a basic room to a studio.

Worth it Rooms are basic, but they are clean and secure. You can walk to most of the places you’ll want to visit. Great value for the locations.
