Thank you Daniel!!!!!! I went to the millennium on a class trip. Daniel was so great helping us with getting toothbrushes because we forgot ours. We then needed help with a printer, and Daniel helped us out with no issues. They were so kind, humorous, fashionable, and helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond angel Daniel!!!

Daniel was an ANGEL Such a great experience! We went for a business trip and at the last minute needed to print some resumes. Daniel at the front desk was an absolute ANGEL and saved us at the perfect time. Could not recommend the service at this hotel more.

NYC - Xmas and NY The location was perfect - around the corner from Times Square. We were fortunate to have a White Xmas and what topped it off we could see the ball drop on NYE from our room. At midnight we went out to the front of the hotel to mingle with other guests and see the confetti drop above us. The takeaway breakfast was average, room was kept clean and spacious enough for our needs. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding staff - Monique & Kush went out of their ways to greet us every time we left and returned , offered suggestions of places to visit, answered all of our questions and concerns nothing was too hard for this powerful duo.

This hotel misrepresents itself to trick you into staying This place sucks. Scuffed up, closet handles ripped out, tv turns off when you turn off the light, cable doesn’t work, remote buttons rattle inside the broken remote. Also outlets were not working except for one and the wireless phone clock/charger didn’t work. Don’t stay here. I booked through Airbnb and the hotel don’t have ac and it said it did. It was hot the whole night and I kept getting up to check the ac. I didn’t sleep all night and checked out the next morning and the manager said the would refund the night I didn’t stay, but now Airbnb is saying they are refusing to refund. I didn’t take the pictures of the broken things because I didn’t even expect that I would have to do any of this. But I can’t believe they won’t even refund for the night I didn’t stay!!!
