Great customer service I had such a great experience checking in, and a lot of that was because of Monique. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. The whole process was quick and easy, but what really stood out was how genuine she was. Monique took a moment to chat, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and gave me a few helpful tips about the hotel and the area. It’s little things like that that make you feel truly welcomed after a long trip. She really set a positive tone for my stay, and I appreciated her kindness more than she probably realizes. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her, and I’d happily stay here again because of how great she made the first impression.

Customer service at its best. From the minute I stepped in the staff was unbelievable. Kind. Helpful and wanting to make sure I had a great experience. Specifically Monique at the front desk. I feel like we are best friends. While I’d like to think it’s me. I think it’s her amazing way to work with the guests. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect

Business trip quick stay The hotel itself was okay—comfortable but definitely a bit on the older side and could use some updates. The continental breakfast was pretty weak, and there was nowhere to sit, which made the experience less enjoyable. What really made the stay worthwhile was the service. Monique at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. She assisted with checkout as well, and having a car arranged and ready for our departure was excellent. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

Friendly and accommodating Monique at the front desk could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. She provided a beautiful room. She made sure we had her number so if we had any questions or problems we could call her directly. She was thoroughly delightful. We’d be pleased to return here for our next trip to NYC.
