Would not return without overhaul. I cannot recommend this hotel. Someone stopped caring about the cleanliness of this establishment some time ago. I will say that most of the staff has been impeccable. Housekeeping brings towels quickly. You’re greeted warmly in the lobby, every time you come in. The location is extraordinarily convenient to Times Square. That being said, there are small flying bugs, including mosquitos, throughout our room. I have mosquito bites that occurred in the room. I realize flying bugs are challenging to get rid of completely, but I grew up in an apartment in NYC and if you exterminate regularly, it’s not much of an issue. I asked them to take a look at the bug issue in our room in case it was an anomaly, and they promised to come up, but by the time we had to leave two hours later, no one showed up. There’s visible dirt in the door frame and on the light fixtures. There’s no soap, shampoo, or conditioner for the tub. I will say that the water pressure is excellent, even on a higher floor, but I would not stay here again. Even the ice bucket lid is dirty. This is my fourth trip to the theater district inside of two years, and so far nothing has been perfect, but I would stay at two of the others again (The Luma and Club Quarters). There are equally priced options in far better condition.

Excellent Customer Service Monique was so amazing! When I booked the wrong Millenium hotel she went beyond to help me out. She was funny, warm and accommodating, along with the Director Sharlene!

Good option for a visit to the heart of NYC Clean and spacious hotel rooms are combined with a great location. I think this hotel is what the tourists visiting NewYork would definitely appreciate. Not only it is right at Times Square, it is also a few minutes away from Bryant Park and surroundings so I would definitely reccomment it. the rooms are very clean and spacious. The carpets are a bit worn out but that is all the problem I could see. The hotel offers take away breakfast where you choose whatever you want and take them to your room. Bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, yogurt etc with great coffee. I recommend this hotel to all the visitors to NYC.
