Outstanding Hospitality and Excellence — Monique Deserves a Promotion! During my recent stay in New York, Monique truly exceeded every expectation as our host. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel completely at home even though it was our first time visiting the city. Monique went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. She took the time to guide us on where to go (and where not to), helped us when we were unsure about transportation routes, and continuously checked in to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her hospitality was unmatched — she treated us like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. It’s rare to encounter someone who embodies both kindness and excellence in service the way Monique does. She is a true asset to your team and represents your establishment with such grace and integrity. Employees like her deserve to be recognized and rewarded — whether through a promotion or raise — for the value they bring to the guest experience and to your brand as a whole. I sincerely hope Monique receives the recognition she deserves. Meeting her was one of the highlights of our trip, and I genuinely hope every guest has the privilege of being welcomed by her in the future. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Monique for making our stay so memorable. Warm regards, Breanna (Cali love) _

Monique is the best Monique greeted me and checking me in. She was AMAZING! She gave recommendations on what I should do since it was my first time in New York. She was super friendly, answered all questions and even remembered me as we saw in the building and out. A beautiful woman inside and out. The hotel was also nice with a good view. The only thing I would say is the AC was a little messed up.

Can't wait to come back!!! This was my me and my 18 year old daughters first trip to NYC and we couldn't have been happier. From the moment we checked in, Monique at the front desk felt like she became a trusted friend! Her friendliness, helpfulness, humor and recommendations were some of the best I've experienced. The room was nice & clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable and though we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, it was nice to know it was an option. Great location for Times Square and Broadway, we walked everywhere! We cannot wait to come back to NYC, stay again and see our new bestie Monique!!

Great Location close to Times Square and Theaters We arrived and were warmly greeted. Our room was not ready yet. We left our luggage with the bellman and went for a late lunch and a walk. When we returned, our room was ready. We were briefed on the hotel and were told about the grab and go breakfast in the morning. Our room was on the back side of the hotel, which was pretty quiet. We could see some of the Times Square digital billboards from our room, which had windows on 2 sides. Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size for NYC. I would definitely stay again, but would ask for a room that does not share a wall with the elevator. Sometimes we could hear the elevator going up and down. The bathroom sink faucet handles should be replaced as they sometimes came off when turned.
