Good place Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean, bed good. The only complaint was the pull out one.

good hotel____ good bed slept amazing and larger room than i thought 10/10. mini fridge and microwave made is super easy to eat after a long day. 2 tvs and a desk could do homework if i had to. has a pool thats dope. overall friendly people and good environment to stay in.

Lacking in Shuttle Service The hotel overall was fine but we specifically booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service to Ruoff For concerts. I called the week of to confirm there was a shuttle and was told that we just had to tell them at check-In no need to reserve. At check-in we were told it ran every 30 mins; but the shuttle driver told us we had to prebook (no one ever told us that the two times we called to confirm) and he didn’t have room for us until after the concert started which resulted in us Ubering. Then we had to then get an additional ride back because we weren’t “booked”. Seems like both businesses need to work together on how the process works because there was definitely miscommunication which resulted in several in our group being very upset at the last minute changes in our plans.

Find another place! This hotel needs a makeover and is nothing like the pictures. Overall it felt dirty and run down. Our friends across the hall had ants all over their room. We reserved two queen beds but the beds were actually full size and uncomfortable. We paid almost $300 for one night and it wasn’t worth $100.

Disgusting The entire hotel smelled of mold and mildew there were ants all over our room. The front desk refused to help there were not enough towels, and no extra to be provided. The pullout sofa had no sheets or blanket, and the mattress looked as if a crime scene happened on it. three people had to sleep in one bed, because there were no sheets available for the pullout sofa bed
